Seit vielen Jahren ist das Hotel Allegra unsere erste Adresse im Oberengadin für Sommer- und Winterferien. Zentral im Dorf gelegen, schöne renovierte Zimmer (die schönsten sind im 3. oder 4. Stock mit Blick ins Val Roseg) sowie ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Die teilweise langjährigen Mitarbeitenden sowie die Direktorin versuchen tagtäglich, (fast) alle Anliegen der Gäste zu erfüllen, seien es Tischreservationen in einem der guten Restaurants in Pontresina, Tipps für Ausflüge oder spezielle Wünsche beim Morgenessen. Für Wellness oder Badeplausch besteht ein direkter, unterirdischer Zugang zum Bellavita Erlebnisbad und Spa. Mit der Gästekarte (ab 2 Übernachtungen) sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Bus, Bergbahnen, Rhätische Bahn) im Gebiet Oberengadin inbegriffen!

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich gut. Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Frühstück, Zimmer entspricht alles einem Hotel in dieser Kategorie. Leider gab es für uns keinen Parkplatz mehr. Als negativ empfanden wir dass verhalten der Hotelchefin. Dies war unprofessionell, arrogant, überheblich und herabwürdigend. Es hat uns derart den Urlaub verderben, dass wir unseren Urlaub früher abgebrochen haben obwohl er bezahlt, aber nicht stornierbar war. Auch im Umgang mit den Mitarbeitern hat sie enormes Potential und sollte dringend eine Schulung besuchen. Nicht zu empfehlen. Ich versichere, dass ich dort, eingecheckt, übernachtet und gefrühstückt habe.

Pros; Central location of the hotel with parkings behind the hotel. Spacious room, very good beds. We had a good night’s sleep every night. Housekeeping maids kept our room super clean. Freshly prepared breakfast buffet Not to forget the heated pool and spa which is connected through hotel’s basement Friendly staffs. Cons; None

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem schönen Hotel. Wir fühlen uns jeweils sehr willkommen und geniessen unseren Aufenthalt sehr. Die Chefin und die Mitarbeiter sind mit viel Engagement und Herzblut bei der Arbeit, an dieser Stelle möchten wir ihnen unseren herzlichen Dank aussprechen.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und die Parkplätze ebenso gut gelegen hinter dem Haus. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für jeden was und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Jederzeit wieder!

Andiamo all’allegra da 5 anni ed è sempre stata una piacevole esperienza. Camere funzionali (nuovi bagni!), collaboratrici cortesi, pulizia, ricco buffet della colazione e buon caffè. Location perfetta per raggiungere ristoranti e fermate del bus. Acesso diretto dalla camera alla piscina comunale. 🙂🙂🙂

Unaufdringliches, modernes Design. Sehr gutes Frühstücks-Buffet. Angenehmes Zimmergrösse mit grossen Fenstern. Eine der beste Duschen die ich je gesehen habe. Ganz speziell zu erwähnen ist der direkte kostenlose Zugang zum Bellavita-Spa/Thermalbad. Die Gastgeberin, Frau Amberger aber auch alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
