Vom ersten Augenblick ein Genuss! Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Auto abgegeben, das Gepäck wurde auf das Zimmer gebracht und wir wurden mit einem Getränk begrüsst. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und elegant eingerichtet, wir hatten einen grossen Süd-Balkon. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, sowohl beim Frühstück, in der Hotel-Lounge, in der Bar oder beim Abendessen. Die Speisen und die Weinkarte waren perfekt. Die Gastgeber betreuten die Gäste persönlich und alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren stets sehr freundlich. Wohl eines der besten Hotels, welches wir je besucht haben. Wir kommen wieder.

A magnificent old style, family-run hotel in winter paradise. Wonderful, comfortable rooms and outstanding service (from the moment you show up until you drive away at the end of your stay). Doggies welcome and allowed in most spaces, the dining room being an exception. Exceptional cuisine, not to mention the gala dinner on New Year's eve..! A lovely spa, a functional ski-room (with individual lockers with "shoe dryers"), a large afternoon tea lounge and a cosy bar with live music. The owners, Mr and Mrs Walther (3rd generation), bring their warm personal touch to the establishment and go out of their way to make all feel welcome. This probably explains that many guests have been there before, some for many years! We too shall return!

Sehr gutes schönes Hotel. Hier stimmt alles. Vom persönlichen Empfang über das äusserst saubere Zimmer bis zum sehr freundlichen hilfsbereiten Personal. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist eine Augenweide. Und ja im Hotel essen!! Sonst verpassen sie was!!

Die persönliche Begrüssung von Frau Walther hat uns beim Check-in sehr gefreut. Das ganze Personal war stets sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr sauber überall und wir sind heikle Gäste :) Das Zmorgenbuffet ist extrem frisch und hat eine sehr zufriedenstellende Auswahl. Besten Dank! Im Wellness kann man ebenfalls sehr gut einen Tag verbringen und sich entspannen.

First class three day stay
The hotel is absolutely first class in every way. The share beauty of the hotel along with the extremely friendly and helpful staff made for ann enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated along with being meticulously clean. The breakfast as well as the restaurants at the hotel were outstanding. We were so happy on making our decision to stay at Hotel Walther in the beautiful town of Pontresina.
