Sehr warmherzige Atmosphäre. Gemütliches Hotel. Absolut sauber, neuwertig und gepflegte Räumlichkeiten überall. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und aufgestellte Mitarbeitende. Liebevoll geführtes Familienunternehmen, für welches die Gastfreundschaft einen sehr hohen Stellenwert hat. Ausgezeichnetes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Hotel an zentraler Lage, so dass die Nutzung des Autos nicht notwendig ist. Hotel ist für uns als Familie absolut perfekt - was will man mehr?! Wir sind seit vielen Jahren Stammkunden und eine andere Unterkunft kommt für uns nicht in Frage.

Eines der besten Hotels in dem wir je waren in allen Belangen. Sauberkeit und Komfort des Zimmers, Kaminfeuer im Aufenthaltsraum und die Qualität und Aufmerksamkeit beim Morgenessen waren aussergewöhnlich gut. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

alles top wie immer! wir wahren bereits mehrmals im chesa mulin, sei es als paar als auch mit 2 kleinen kinder. es ist jedes mal eine freude. die qualität und auswahl des frühstücks mit den regionalen produkten ist einzigartig. die gastfreundschaft der familie isepponi und ihr team ist unvergleichbar. die liebe zum detail bei der einrichtung und der reinigung rundet das packet ab. genau so fühlt man sich als gast einfach wohl!

Gut gelegenes Hotel, zu Fuss vom Bahnhof gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Pontresina werden wir gerne wieder anfragen.

Tolles, neuwertiges und gepflegtes Hotel an guter Lage. Familiäre freundliche Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und besonders ruhig gelegen. Eintritt ins Bad Bella Vita ist ein tolles Goodie. Frühstück mit qualitativ wirklich tollen Produkten aus der Region.

Wie immer alles bestens, schöne und saubere Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Die Lage im Ort ist sehr zentral, die Zimmer und die Einrichtung sind modern. Toller Skiraum mit genügend Platz für Skimaterial inkl. Trocknungswand für Skischuhe.

value for money is great! Breakfast buffet is very high quality and very nicely presented. Much better compared to many 4 or higher star rated hotels. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly. there is even a sauna. with pleasure again!

Wie schon die letzten Jahre, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer wurde immer sehr sauber gereinigt. Die Lobby und der Frühstücksraum sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer bietet genügend Stauraum, auch für Sportler.
