Ottimo anche per fare delle passeggiate immersi nella natura.

Ich kann mich der vorstehenden Bewertung nur anschliessen! Wir sind seit über 15 Jahren regelmäßig im Saratz gewesen und können uns - ohne zu übertreiben - als Stammgäste bezeichnen. Dieses Jahr war definitiv das letzte Mal, denn das Hotel hat in allen Bereichen massiv nachgelassen. Es wurde in all den Jahren nicht investiert ( ausser dem Umbau der Lobby) Dieser Stau macht sich in sämtlichen Bereichen bemerkbar. Betten & Matratzen sind alt und vielleicht einer Pension würdig, aber nicht eines Hotels mit vier Sternen. Gleiches gilt für die Bäder. Der Umstand, dass ich als Gast darüber informiert wurde, dass man eine neue Heizung eingebaut hat, zeigt, wie verzweifelt das Management zu sein scheint. Was für mich als Gast wirklich relevant ist, sieht dagegen traurig aus. Das Allergiker Bettzeug war uralt, die Bettwäsche hatte Löcher. Der Service war mäßig (außer Ferdinand) und das Menü fad und lieblos. Auch der SPA Bereich ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Einzige, was in all diesen Jahren gestiegen ist, sind die Preise. Über 700 € sind eine Rate, für die ich in allen Bereichen eine ganz andere Qualität erwarte. Dass das Hotel dieses Jahr erstmals im Anschluss an unseren Aufenthalt sich auch nicht nach unserer Zufriedenheit erkundigt hat, spricht Bände. Schade - das Hotel war mal eine wirkliche Perle, doch diese Zeiten sind vorbei.

Wir kommen mit unseren Kindern 15 Jahren ins Hotel Saratz und waren bis jetzt immer einigermassen zufrieden. Bereits nach Weggang des vorletzten Hotelmanagers bemerkten wir einNachlassen des Services und gewisser spezieller Leistungen im Restaurant. Auch das Einstampfen der Pitschna war ein Riesenfehler, der Laden brummte sozusagen und war sehr beliebt. Nun nach dem Weggang der letzten Managerin ist das Hotel leider was Essen und Serviceleistungen angeht koch schlechter geworden. Das Menü abends wurde verkleinert & ist langweilig & geschmacklos. Das Provisori ist auch nicht besonders toll, warum nicht wieder die Pitschna mit der alten Speisekarte. Das Personal ist überlastet, schlecht ausgebildet und nicht besonders freundlich (Rezept ion). Uns macht das sehr traurig, da wir das Hotel eigentlich sehr schötzen. Die TV Anlage erinnert an Ibis Budget Hotels , Leselampen sind schlechter geworden, die Deckenlampe in unserem Zimmer ist kaputt…. Ich hoffe, dass sich hier etwas tut und frage mich, wo das Geld der Hotelgäste eigentlich hinfliesst….jedenfalls nicht ins Hotel selbst.

Das Hotel ist nicht erst seit dem Managementwechsel auf dem Abstieg. Es ist aber nun wirklich abgestürzt. Das Essen im Jugenstil Saal ist eines 4 Stern Hotels nicht würdig. Die Auswahl wie auch die Qualität des Essens ist ungenügend und massiv überteuert für das was geliefert wird. Leider ist auch der Service mangelhaft. Ob beim Frühstück oder Nachtessen, zuwenig Personal und zuwenig Servicesleidenschaft verspürbar. Generell fehlt die Herzlichkeit im Hotel. Auch die Reception ist ohne Leidenschaft und mit null Dienstleistungsqualität. Die Zimmer sind längst in die Jahre gekommen und die Matrazen benötigen dringend einen Austausch. Un dass jedes Jahr in den Hauptferienwochen Mercedes ihre Events im Hotel abhält und dabei sehr stört, hat schon viele Stammgäste vertrieben. Solche Events gehören nicht in die Hauptferienwochen. So ist dieses Hotel leider nicht mehr zu empfehlen. Schade. Die Besitzer müssen handeln. Und zwar sofort.

Die Betten müssten ausgetauscht oder mit Paraffin behandelt werden. Sie knarren und quietschen bei jeder Bewegung – zumindest im Zimmer 55. Dadurch wird der Bettnachbar bei jeder Bewegung geweckt, was in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht sein darf. Zudem sind die Matratzen zu weich, und ein Gin Tonic für 27 bis 28 CHF ist schlicht überteuert. Selbst in einer angesagten Bar in St. Moritz oder an der Zürcher Bahnhofstraße zahlt man nicht solche Preise. 20–22 CHF für den Gin und dann noch einmal 5.50 CHF extra für das Schweppes? Das grenzt meiner Meinung nach an Wucher.

Der Wechsel in der Hoteleitung zeigt leider einen, dem Anspruch nicht ggerechtfertigten Sparkurs. Das Hotel ist nicht nur mit seinen Zimmern in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche serviert mittlerweile langweiliges einfaches Essen, was in keinem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mehr steht. Das bei fest zugewisenen bezahlten Tiefgaragenplatz ungerechtfertigte Blockierungsgebpühren für das Laden des E- Autos erhoben werden, passt ins Bild des neuen Managements.
