Das Interieur ist sehr geschmackvoll mit vielen schönen Designermöbeln eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames, aber nie aufdringliches Personal. Toller Wellnessbereich nach einem sportlichen Tag und die ausgezeichnete Küche runden den Tag ab. Das Frühstücksbuffet sollte man auf keinen Fall verpassen. Es werden nur frische Produkte aus der Region verwendet. Alles ist sehr hochwertig.

Das Maistra 160 ist nicht nur von der Architektur her einzigartig! Sehr schöne und grossräumige, lichtdurchflutete Zimmer mit qualitativ hochstehendem Arvenholz gebaut. Einzigartig ist das Lesezimmer im Zimmer und der hochmoderne Closomat in der Zimmer-Nasszone (Badezimmer + Toilette). Auf dem Hotelgang hat es eine hochmoderne Nespressomaschine mit Kaffee und Tee à discrétion und frisch gepflückten Äpfel 🍎. Das Spa und Dampfband und die Saunen sind auf dem neuesten Stand und sehr gemütlich. Auch der Fitnessraum ist supermodern gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Auch das Restaurant gilt es in den höchsten Tönen zu loben; eine kreative Küche mit hochwertigen Produkten, inklusive Länggasstee und (im Sommer) Glacé aus der landesweit berühmten Gelateria di Berna. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und kompetent. Persönliche Begrüssung mit aufmerksamer Konversation durch das Betreiberehepaar gehört zum Standard. Hier fühlen sich die Gäste bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nette Menschen. Tolle Bar. Tolles Essen. Tolle Konzerte. Just can't beat that. Grossartiger Ort. Sehr empfehlenswert. Einziger Ort in Pontresina für einen Schlummertrunk. Tolle Lodges, tolles Personal. Komplette Empfehlung! Gerne wieder.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett und aufmerksam, und sorgt durchgehend für eine herzliche Atmosphäre. Die Architektur des Hotels ist schlicht und modern, dabei aber sehr ansprechend und mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgestattet. Die Arvenzimmer sind geschmackvoll gestaltet, und auf dem Stockwerk stehen Sprudler-Wasserhähne zur Verfügung – ein angenehmes Detail. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein, aber sehr fein. Frühstück und Abendessen sind gut, und der Chef ist präsent und engagiert. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Bar im Keller: Sie wirkt nicht authentisch und passt nicht zum Stil des Hotels. Insgesamt sorgt die liebevolle Aufmerksamkeit des Personals für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

The architectural style of the top-located hotel can be described as a "rather austere, simple concrete building", with all the amenities for demanding guests, except for a refrigerator in the room (!) and the somewhat (too) small TV screen. The very winding spa and wellness area is also quite small, with no real relaxation area (it's only "good"!). The varied breakfast offers basically everything your heart desires. We were extremely impressed by the always friendly staff (including the owners of the hotel).

Beautifully furnished rooms, extremely friendly staff, excellent breakfast with fresh, local products and a great spa. Great location in the center of Pontresina. Excellent restaurant. Very dog-friendly.

Recently I have been a guest at a regular yoga class (not yet an overnight guest) occurring in the Spa / Wellness area of Hotel Maistra 160 in Pontrasina and today I felt compelled to leave a short review regarding my experiences at this hotel. Hotel staff are very professional and extremely kind and helpful. The facilities are beautiful and the hotel location in the center of Pontrasina offers great views of the mountains. The Spa area is very warm and inviting and the yoga classes guided by a wonderful teacher are fantastic. I am impressed by everything I have seen and experienced at this new hotel.
