Super 8 by Wyndham Pontoon Beach IL/St. Louis MO Area

The room was roomy, big bed , but blankets need to be switch out or wash, stains was noticeable. Bathroom clean and hot was not as plentiful. I will return again. You pay for what your get.

the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable! The hallways, lobby, and pool were clean too. The staff was awesome. Even the other guests at the hotel were friendly and wonderful! Overall, our stay was great and I’d consider staying here again if I return to the area.

The pool water looked disgusting, bad enough that we didn't want to get sick swimming in it. Ruined my anniversary as all we wanted was a peaceful night away and to go swimming. Someone on our floor cooked fish and stank the whole place up, i almost vomited the smell was so bad. And they refused to refund our second night but we were NOT staying another minute. Beds we uncomfortable and non smoking room had definitely been smoked in before. Horrible.

Excellent hotel for a very reasonable price I went there a few days ago to see my grandmother in Fontain Beach. My grandfather just passed away a few days ago, and I was there for his funeral so it was only a few minutes from the hotel. I will definitely come back here and stay again

Best super 8 I have stayed at EVER!! The room service is amazing and very courteous, Sam who worked at the front desk was the absolute best!! If I needed anything or had any questions he was more than happy to help me! Absolutely would recommend everybody to come stay here you definitely will be satisfied. And not to mention the rooms are amazingly clean!

Although the room is nice, and facility is decent over all, it's very apparent that several families are living there. Families with lots of kids. Loud, sugar fueled kids. I'm working nights and trying to sleep during the day. I've been woken up every day by loud banging, kids screaming, and I've called the front desk and complained daily. They say they will handle it, but the noise persists with no relief. Now I'm working severely sleep deprived. Also, I've brought a service animal, which seems to be a problem. Management has a weight restriction on any animal, which is illegal for service animals. They also insisted on charging me for my animal, which is also illegal. They continued to insist even after I told them they can't do that by law. In summary, not a bad place for cleanliness, but I will definitely never stay there again just because of the noise alone.
