L'unica cosa che si salva è il ristorante. Struttura con arredi anni 80, la camera e il bagno sporchi. Personale gentile e disponibile, il giardino e la piscina sono il punto forte della struttura, qui vengono organizzati eventi e cerimonie. La location è relativamente vicina al Circeo e Terracina (mezz'ora di macchina). Le stanze hanno dimensioni medie e il bagno è funzionale. La qualità del sonno è buona. La colazione non è male, ma c'è poca varietà. Buone le torte fatte in casa. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Con un po' di manutenzione in più meriterebbe 5 stelle.

Senza infamia nè lode, ma più da 2,5 che non tre... Camere vecchio stile, sufficientemente ampie, ma con arredamento minimal. Colazione assolutamente da rivedere!! Un croissant a testa da scegliere la sera prima... parte del buffet (saremo arrivati nel momento sbagliato, alle 9.00) finita! L'avevano rimessa successivamente, ma oramai avevamo già mangiato qualcosa. La parte salata (non a buffet ma servita in un piatto "preallestito") non di mio gradimento. Cappuccino da rivedere!!! Tisane/infusi, scelta minimal (solo un tipo ai frutti rossi oppure te e camomilla). Bel giardino molto curato. Insomma, non all'altezza delle mie aspettative. Costo per la zona basso, ma comunque più di 110 euro a notte su booking!

Faccio sempre recensioni oneste e sincere, l’hotel purtroppo non è stato di mio gradimento sotto molti punti di vista, la cosa peggiore è stato sicuramente il servizio della colazione, risicato e poco organizzato ma anche le camere dall’aspetto “vecchiotto” e poco curato. Il ristorante (che ho recensito separatamente alla voce specifica) invece si è rivelato una piacevolissima sorpresa con piatti squisiti e anche personale di sala molto gentile, il tutto in un angolo di giardino a bordo piscina curato e rilassante. Ho letto le risposte “piccate” che sono state date ad altri recensori pertanto tengo per me gli altri eventuali suggerimenti, solo una cosa, qualche sorriso in più ed un atteggiamento meno scostante potrebbero già fare la differenza e indurre i clienti magari ad esprimere i loro giudizi di persona con piu naturalezza, e lo dico garbatamente da cliente che gira molto spesso l’italia e il mondo per lavoro e per piacere.

Always a nice place. I come here with my family when I'm in the area. Clean and well-maintained rooms, bathroom equipped with everything you need. Abundant breakfast and dinner from a restaurant of a category well above the declared three stars. The most beautiful part is the splendid garden with tropical plants, flowers and truly beautiful and well-kept furnishings. I was also there in the summer and the swimming pool is very beautiful, clean and with all the equipment around the pool and in the garden that surrounds it, everything designed for a top stay. This hotel is located in an excellent position to reach the beautiful beaches and coastal towns, Sabaudia, Terracina, San Felice del Circeo.

Despite being a three-star hotel, it is a perfect place to regenerate. The staff is extremely welcoming and always available to listen. The clean and well-kept environment, the pleasantly familiar atmosphere. We stayed in a triple room (2 adults, boy and dog) very comfortable and with all the amenities for a relaxing holiday. The pool is very nice and clean. The restaurant is the icing on the cake: dinners and lunch by the pool were (at the right price) fabulous! We highly recommend it
