I had a good impression of Harris Hotel in Jakarta, but unfortunately I found that Harris Hotel in Pontianak was not the same!
The toilet lid was broken, the shower head could not move up and down, the floor drain was blocked, the kettle mouth was broken, there were ants in the room, and the bed sheets were damp 🤣🤣🤣 I was speechless.

The room is very small and not very clean..it's a bit difficult to get parking..it's not suitable for bringing a family..the price is a bit expensive and you can get a cleaner and more comfortable hotel..but it's suitable in the middle of the city and easy access to food..
