Staff is nice but I feel like this hotel is highly neglected. Everything looks old and need of upgrade. You get the feeling they are thinking of closing it because it seems so neglected. We are titanium members so always in M Clubs. This M Club is worst I have ever been in. Hardly anyone from hotel even in there. Today coffee machine was broken and no one even checked. Breakfast buffet is horrible. Choose another hotel.

Great location near the freeway. Very comfortable accommodations. We travel quite a bit, and always stay at Marriott. The staff here is EXCELLENT- Friendly, helpful and accommodating! !All of the shared areas such as the lobby, sitting areas and hallways are very clean and well-kept. My only critique: The kitchenette in our room could’ve been a little bit cleaner and had more utensils for eating/cooking. We were here for a week visiting family. We will definitely be staying at this property in the future.

I was here for business . The hotel was nice and clean . It was great for the group I was with had a 144 people. The bar area was nice and able to keep up with this large group. I had one issues with my room the shower curtain was moldy and they promptly replaced it with a new one . The staff was polite and helpful .

I have stayed at this hotel before, and the hotel facilities are satisfactory, however their customer service is abysmal. My father passed away the night before a business trip so the trip did not happen. Despite contacting the hotel to explain the reason for the cancellation we were told that the because the cancellation was not within the required 48 hours the hotel said that that there is nothing they can do and they will not issue a refund. These are extenuating circumstances. There has been much back-and-forth and still no resolution. I caution anyone from staying here.

Bottom line - my mother and I had a reservation, Marriot made a mistake that resulted in it getting cancelled (without our knowledge) and when I showed up to check-in I was turned away even though they had rooms available. More details... My mother made a reservation with Marriott points for the two of us to stay from Friday night through Wednesday. Her fight got changed to Saturday so she called the hotel ahead of the reservation to let them know that we would be arriving Saturday instead of Friday. I showed up at the hotel Saturday night and was told that the reservation was cancelled because we were a no show on Friday. I explained that we called ahead to notify them we wouldn't be checking-in until Saturday - they said there was no record of this and didn't believe me. I spoke with the manager on duty and he lied to me and said there were no rooms left available (one of the people at the front desk had just told me there were three rooms available). When I told the manager this, he said if I wanted one of the three rooms I would have to pay cash. I refused since we had already made a reservation using points. At that point they basically said we can't help you and turned me away - the manager on duty was quite condescending. I've never been treated like that by a hotel. Luckily I found a place to stay that night. On Sunday my mother called in and spoke with someone in reservations, who then talked to the general manager and we were eventually given a room starting Sunday night. When my mother arrived she had trouble getting into the room and called the front desk for help three times and they said multiple times they would send someone up to help. After 30 minutes and three calls still no one had showed up. Eventually we both got into the room. Just to top it all off, when we went to take showers the containers of shampoo and conditioner in the shower were completely empty. After talking with the general manager she said she would give my mother miles back for the two nights we didn't say (Friday and Sat) but I said honestly that wasn't enough, I'd never been treated so horribly by a hotel - they literally turned me away (and rudely) when I had just arrived from out of town even though we had a reservation. She wouldn't do any more.

The rooms are very dirty. They don’t seem to be cleaned at all. I’m currently staying here on a business trip and I’m calling my executive to send me somewhere else. I arrived late so I waited till morning to express my concerns in room. I went down and talked to two front desk staff about how there was pee on toilets, dirty sinks, un vacuumed floors, hair everywhere and other things. I come back after they promised a supervisor would clean and it was still dirty. I speak with manager and she says she’s going to go up her self and pick a clan room. However, it was dirty too. Yellow pee on toilet huge spot on sheets and broken sink so water is pulling up. I’m am so shocked it’s a Marriott hotel. Truly I’m disappointed. More people apart of my group expressed same concerns so this is a problem. The rooms don’t seem to be being cleaned which is uncomfortable, unhealthy and ruined my stay.

The morning cook reallllllllly went above and beyond, she went to your sister hotel in a horrible rain storm to get me cream cheese and I tried to say no, and she left me with no choice. Shes honestly the sweetest lady I've ever met.

That said, we didn't get any house keeping after requesting it twice. Our room had a torn sofa and not a smart tv so no netflix etc. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, that is the best part of this hotel.

Have been staying there for 7 years, the last being in 2019. It appears that it has been renamed. Not the service my family once had. Don't waste your time with the M Club. Never saw a single server during any early morning breakfasts. Made 2 requests at the front desk that were never followed through. Very disappointing.
