This hotel is in a great location and is right on the Camino Ingles. However, it is very dated and tired. While it is clean, it feels dusty. The Bar and Restaurant is just ok. The staff were friendly, but did not speak great English. Thankfully I spoke enough Spanish to make myself understood. If there is another option I wouldn't stay here again. This could be a great hotel if it had some TLC.

No recomendable para nada presta los servicios de un 3 estrellas. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Los servicios son básicos, casi "malas" de pensiones y hostales. Un establecimiento muy obsoleto y antiguo, es una pena con la ubicación que tiene, que no le pongan un poco más de "cariño" y delicadeza en sus instalaciones y servicios. Veníamos de uno de una estrella que le superaba y después hemos ido a uno de dos estrellas que parecía de 4!!!

La habitación super amplia. Con un gran ventanal con vistas a la montaña. Las almohadas perfectas y las camas muy confortables. Se agradece el confort y la amplitud. Los muebles son de los años 60 pero no perjudican. La atención de recepción adecuada y correcta.

Bastante antiguo, mobiliario obsoleto, del baño mejor no hablar. Rancio....rancio.....De lo viejo que está da aspecto de sucio. El buffet para desayunar muy escaso, solo bolleria y dos tipos de cereales, pan y mermelada y mantequilla, cero embutidos, nada de huevo ni frutas ....miserable totalmente ....deja mucho que desear este hotel . Lo único que tiene es su ubicación.

The hotel is well located especially if you are on the camino. It's literally the first building on the left as you cross the bridge. Staff are very friendly but the whole hotel is tired. the room was clean but noisy with street sounds and water pipes keeping a tired pilgrim awake! At €65 it was also expensive for what it was. Not the worst hotel i've encountered but would not return.

Ubicación excelente. Hotel antiguo, años 60-70. Habitaciones amplías pero sin limpieza. Cuarto baño sucio y obsoleto. El servicio de habitaciones se limita a hacer la cama y reponer papel higiénico y sobres de gel, no cambian toallas ni sábanas. Personal en general antipático. Desayuno buffet aceptable. Servicio de comedor sin menú alternativo, escatimando con la comida.

La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama era cómoda, pero nada más entrar te das cuenta de que necesita una reforma. El baño es muy anticuado, y, en términos funcionales, tienen que centrarse en varias cosas (pestillos que no cierran bien por oxidados, puertas que tampoco encajan del todo...). El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento a cualquier cosa (me ofrecieron un cambio de habitación si tenía problemas con el ruido), y el hecho de poder aparcar dentro de forma gratuita si hay sitio te da mucha tranquilidad. En general mi experiencia fue buena, pero considero que, con una ubicación tan buena como la que tiene (junto al puente y a un parking público gratuito), si le hicieran un lavado de cara atraería más gente y la experiencia general sería más satisfactoria.

Excelente ubicación y penoso el estado tan descuidado en que se encuentra el hotel.La limpieza brilla por su ausencia.El ruido del exterior por la noche es INSOPORTABLE, y no tiene aire acondicionado.
