Ottimo in tutto , personale cordiale e sorridente , posizione ottima ( si trova praticamente a 5 minuti dall’aeroporto) pulizia eccellente e le camere sono belle spaziose e pulite . Ho trovato vasta scelta nella Colazione ( presente angolo per celiaci ).Tornerò sicuramente

Personale sempre molto gentile e caloroso, ambiente famigliare e professionale dove si nota la preparazione di ogni singola persona che tende a mettere sempre al centro il cliente.Pulizia molto accurata con la possibilità di utilizzo della lavanderia e della palestra, parcheggio riservato con posto auto con ricarica.

Nice big hotel on outscirts of Bergamo, close to the highway to Milano (approx. 1 hour drive). Store closeby hotel. Rooms clean, with balcony and kitchen (locked, but can be unlocked by staff, if needed). Staff friendly. Bar in lounge & live sports available on tv.

Le camere sono molto spaziose e ben arredate, è disponibile anche un garage con la possibilità di ricaricare l'auto elettrica. Molto comoda anche la lavanderia ad uso gratuito con lavatrice, asciugatrice e ferro da stiro, c'è anche una palestra molto carina. Il personale è straordinario, tutte le persone incontrate sono state molto disponibili e premurose. La connessione internet è molto buona, cosa mai scontata. A poche centinaia di metri c'è un centro commerciale per qualsiasi altra necessità.

Mi sono trovata molto bene. Camera grandissima e dotata di tutto il necessario, anche di più. Colazione ampia e varia, personale gentile. Molti servizi disponibili (biciclette, lavanderia, computers, sala lettura, sala giochi, area conferenze..) Unica pecca, in camera avrei preferito la tv davanti al letto piuttosto che davanti al divano.

Hotel bello poco fuori Bergamo. Sala colazione molto bella, decorata per Natale in maniera elegante, ma moderna. Colazione da 5 stelle, sia dolce che salata. Personale in sala a disposizione per eventuali richieste, cordiale e sorridente. Stessa cosa per le ragazze alla reception, professionali e gentili. Camere e bagno molto puliti. Belli i quadri in camera fatti con le foto di paesaggi locali. Come anche quelli nei corridoi con le foto di Bergamo alta. Non do 5 solo per la zona nel senso che è in periferia e quindi a piedi non si riesce a fare molto. Tornerei volentieri.

Siamo stati in questo hotel due notti, usandolo come appoggio per due giorni a Leolandia: in macchina sono circa 20 minuti. L'hotel è nuovo, pulito, con camere ampie. Il letto matrimoniale molto comodo e divano letto abbastanza comodo. Il bagno è ampio, ma non finestrato, e purtroppo l'aerazione non ci sembra abbia funzionato. La colazione abbondante e varia. I prodotti sono freschi. Offrono anche acque aromatizzate, centrifugati e prodotti per celiaci. Hanno un'area giochi per bambini e un'area relax per tutti: dove si possono trovare libri sono molto belli!!! Palestra e lavanderia comprese nel prezzo del soggiorno! Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Unica nota negativa: la zona purtroppo non è il massimo.
