I have really enjoyed staying here The staff are so warm and so greeting, they really make you feel like you are at home. The food is incredible I’d like to say and so is the view. After coming here and staying in Italy, It has reinforced my reasons to come live here. When I came here with friends we had a right laugh about some things mostly because this way of life is so much better and different to life in the uk For anyone who is considering staying here please do it is so wonderful here and so are the staff If you’ve got this far thanks for reading.

Purtroppo il giudizio complessivo non può non essere influenzato dal conto finale, decisamente troppo alto per la qualità dei servizi offerti. A differenza delle sistemazioni del primo piano (evidentemente ristrutturate da poco), la nostra camera (quadrupla) era minuscola e la colazione un po’ troppo risicata. Posizione, invece, ottima, in quanto a due passi dalla cabinovia che porta direttamente al Tonale.

Esperienza eccezionale. Il fatto che sia comodo (di fronte alla fermata intermedia della cabinovia che collega Ponte di Legno al passo del Tonale), tranquillissimo, che si mangi benissimo e che abbia un rapporto qualità prezzo incredibile è nulla rispetto alla cordialità e cortesia dei proprietari. Consigliatissimo!

Perfect to stay, very friendly service, excellent dinner and very good breakfast. In addition the hotel has a garage for motorbikes. Nice view go the glacier and in total the price for one room including dinner and breakfast from my point of view is attractive.

Mi sono trovata molto bene in questo hotel comodo e accogliente ! I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili e le camere spaziose e pulite, la colazione ottima anche se avrei aggiunto qualcosa di più tipico . Comunque nel complesso ci tornerò molto volentieri!

Siamo andati a pranzo da esterni su suggerimento del nostro albergo. Quando mai. C hanno fanno aspettare 15 minuti in piedi all ingresso con un neonato di 7 mesi in braccio e nonostante il ristorante vuoto. Ho chiesto il seggiolone per il bambino ed era completamente sporco con addirittura un capello sul tavolino oltre a briciole e sporco dei pranzi precedenti. Ho preso della semplice pasta al ragù x andare sul sicuro e mi è stata servita della pasta in bianco con acquetta sottostante con al centro un cucchiaino di ragù asciutto che è ovviamente sparito appena girata la pasta. Questa schifezza neanche all estero me la aspetto più. Senza considerare il prezzo, 2 primi, 1 acqua e 2 caffè 35 euro, follia! Personale non professionale che gia dal nostro arrivo si lamentava delle richieste (avevamo chiesto il seggiolone) e non ti faceva sentire il benvenuto. Non consigliato.

É stato un soggiorno delizioso. L’hotel a conduzione familiare è molto accogliente, si percepisce che mamma e figlio hanno a cuore il benessere degli ospiti. La signora di una dolcezza unica. La pulizia della camera impeccabile. Avevo letto una review negativa sulla colazione e invece posso dire che c’era tutto il necessario. La cena sempre ottima, gli ingredienti freschissimi e i sapori di casa che alla fine di una giornata di sci fanno davvero la differenza. Location super comoda con la navetta gratuita che ferma a pochi passi dall’hotel. Tornerò volentieri.
