i picked it last minute due to it's price and location. staff was helpful, room was ok, but a little dark. positive, it had a balcony with nice view. the sound insulation could be better, as there are many families with kids. some lamps didn't work well, making a buzzing noise. breakfast bag was a little disappointing, but bike storage room was big and safe.
so overall an okay hotel

Abbiamo passato una settimana in questo hotel, tutto al top,dal servizio alla ristorazione con ottima cucina tutto il personale sempre disponibile, una citazione particolare meritano gli animatori serali da Angelo ad Andrea senza dimenticare Gaia e Stella.

Bella vacanza in famiglia all'hotel Piandineve. Grazie di cuore al personale per la professionalità e gentilezza. TOP il servizio di animazione sempre presente e ben disposto. Ambienti ampi e moderni. Ottima struttura con servizi di buon livello. Da migliorare alcuni particolari nella ristorazione e nell'arredo delle camere, seppur di recente ristrutturazione. Posizione non troppo comoda perchè isolata rispetto al centro del centro abitato. Hotel in cui alloggerei volentieri anche in futuro.

Abbiamo soggiornato una decina di giorni in questo albergo. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è ampia e confortevole, situata proprio vicino al parcheggio della funivia che porta al ghiacciaio Presena. La camera era pulita e spaziosa, il personale alla Reception gentile e molto disponibile. Una nota speciale al ristorante a buffet: cibo sempre vario e abbondante, servizio veloce, personale di sala competente e cortese. Anche l'animazione è stata super: divertenti le serate, anche con musica dal vivo e ben organizzate le escursioni giornaliere.

Le stanze sono molto pulite, il personale e molto gentile e disponibile. I ragazzi del animazione sono stati fantastici. Il cibo sempre vario e abbondante. Unico lato negativo e che la posizione del albergo e proprio sul confine tra Lombardia e Trentino e non dispone del trentino guest card che e indispensabile per usare gratuitamente le seggiovie della zona e visitare le attività proposte nei dintorni
