The hotel is well positioned for the ski lifts. The food is buffet style and the choices for us were great. The staff are polite and helpful. The cleaning staff were exceptional making the room look good every day.

Nous avons passé le réveillon de nouvel an en famille tout était super!!! Direction sympathique, personnel accueillant, animation toujours présente pour les enfants la journée et les adultes le soir et le cerise sur le gâteau la restauration exceptionnelle grâce au chef Pascuale et son équipe!!!

Great location with access to the slopes. Ski locker is very large. Good facilities for all ages. Food was tasty and plentiful. Wi-Fi is poor in bedrooms and in the bar but great in reception. Rooms are spacious and serviced every day. Fridge is welcome but I would have liked a kettle.

Very good value for money hotel, good location for ski and great entertainment at hotel ,games areas for kids ,pool etc. Few complaints regarding the timings on 07.45 breakfast and 19.45 dinner, as we think is way too late in the day and last but not least hotel was very loud at night(music will be on loud till 23.00-23.30) and the walls not really insulated so could hear every conversations next door. All in all we got what we paid for, good value for money.

Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto contenti , dalle camere al servizio ristorazione e cucina, dall' animazione per i più piccoli alla cordialità e disponibilità del personale, tutto perfetto. Anche la posizione è ottima per raggiungere agevolmente le piste da sci!

This was my family’s first experience of skiing and Wow! What a great break this was. The location to the slopes was perfect - the hotel had so many spots to relax and enjoy with friends and my family. The food choice was excellent and really great for couples, families and school groups. Staff were attentive and rooms were spacious with super views. You will need to buy your own water and no kettle in our room when others had but beds were comfortable after a day of skiing and blankets warm. Room was warm and clean. Family loved the whole experience except the slow lifts :)
