Hotel Mirella

Un hotel vicino alla funivia è semplice arrivando con la macchina, faccio il chech-in in hotel puntuali e precisi, i ragazzi del ricevimento bravi anche il resto dello staff,cucina semplice e ottima,ma sopratutto alla signorina Silvana che sempre disponibile, con il suo sorriso dolce e gentile,ci ha accolto come essere a casa,camere spaziose e pulite da riandarci sicuramente ❤️

Gentilezza e location non bastano più, questo hotel ha seriamente bisogno di manutenzione e maggiore pulizia. Vecchi hotel degli anni 70 a cui non hanno mai fatto non dico un restyling ma una degna manutenzione. I prezzi sono alti, non sono più giustificabili. Aggiungo che servire la cena alle 19:30 alle famiglie è tardi, dovrebbe essere alle 19.

very dated hotel, the room was old and the bathroom even more and very small. the fixtures, in general, should be replaced. the door handle of the room was difficult to close and open. the pool is nice but a few degrees more water would be better. Breakfast: the juices are not good at all (personal opinion) for the rest ok. poor quality/price/location ratio... for the price we paid you can find much nicer structures and in a definitely better location. My wife and I adapted since we stayed there for 2 days and only as a base to go to the slopes. If I had to recommend it, I wouldn't do it for the price paid. Excellent service however from all the staff who are very helpful and kind. Really very good wine list with a wide choice and a really excellent restaurant. My wife and I opted for half board and the dinner far exceeded our expectations. In conclusion, the room assigned to us was perhaps old and does not reflect the current situation of the hotel, otherwise I would recommend a major renovation to give a nice makeover to the environment and at least justify the 4 star price for a room that perhaps was in the 70s when the hotel was built. (see toilet cistern, bidet pipes, soap dish etc etc) Probably the other rooms will be nicer (looking at the photos on the site) but ours was barely passable. Parking in front of the hotel (not paid) very limited rating 2 out of 5 which can certainly improve by changing the things listed above

Putroppo è stato un soggiorno deludente, la struttura è vecchia e non solo non ammodernata ma neanche riparata per cui ci sono diverse scheggiature di piastrelle in bagno lasciate in bella vista. Al momento della prenotazione avevo sottolineato la necessità di avere un menù particolare per delle intolleranze e la risposta era stata "la nostra cucina è in grado di rispondere a tutte le necessità". Questa necessità l'ho ricordata al momento del check in ma al mattino successivo in sala nessuno sapeva nulla e quando ho nuovamente descritto le mie necessità, i camerieri di sala non si sono neppure presi la briga di guardare se quello che mi proponevano fosse veramente in linea con le mie necessità (cosa che non era ovviamente). Alla fine si sono salvati con un unico prodotto fresco che mi hanno propinato per le 4 mattine successive: l'ultima mattina era diventato un mattone, immangiabile. Mi spiace molto, siamo stati proprio delusi e amareggiati.
