Struttura posizionata perfettamente per raggiungere qualsiasi posto si vuole andare. 5 minuti dal paese,2 minuti dagli impianti di ovovia e seggiovia. Hotel pulito, personale educato ottima colazione, molto rifornita e sempre attenti a controllare se i vassoi erano pieni. consiglio vivamente

We enjoyed the stay very much. The young lady in the reception/bar (working from 1300 hours) was so nice and serviceminded. At the breakfast the lady in charge was spending too much time instructing the 2 other staffs of how to angle the spoons, so the 3 of them were actually blocking the buffet most of the time. A little less micro management would be in order.

Abbiamo prenotato direttamente sul sito indicando 2 adulti e un bambino di 6 anni, il sistema di prenotazione sul sito mostra solo una camera matrimoniale ma la dà disponibile per 3 persone. Ci viene comunicato il giorno prima dell'arrivo che per il terzo letto ci sarebbe stato da pagare un sovrapprezzo di 45 euro, decidiamo quindi di far dormire il bambino nel lettone. Arriviamo la mattina, non veniamo nemmeno salutati ma veniamo liquidati con un frettoloso "il check in si fa alle 15". Torniamo nel pomeriggio e troviamo la porta chiusa, citofoniamo e viene ad aprirci una ragazza noi entriamo portando dentro i nostri bagagli e la ragazza scappa fuori senza chiederci nulla. Aspettiamo qualche minuto alla reception ma non viene nessuno ad accoglierci, allora sono andata dove avevo visto andare la ragazza che era impegnata a riempire una vasca esterna, dopo averle detto che dobbiamo fare il check in rientriamo alla reception e ce lo fa fare. Inizia a parlarci della colazione ma io le dico che non l'abbiamo acquistato al che lei controlla e ce lo conferma... Saliamo in camera, camera spaziosa, pulita e con letto comodo ma con nostro disappunto la biancheria da bagno è soltanto per due persone. Ciliegina sulla torta al momento del check out ci chiedono di pagare la tassa di soggiorno, quando chiedo di pagarla con carta ci dicono che c'è un sovrapprezzo per pagarla con la carta, pratica assolutamente illegale in italia. Ho deciso di pagare in contanti per andarmene via il più velocemente possibile da quest'hotel. L'hotel è bello ma personale decisamente pessimo e disonesti.
