We booked late around 21:00 and arrived at the hotel closer to 22:00. Despite pre paying in advance, we had to used to automated check in machine, that charged us the same amount again. The following day the reception staff told us to follow up with trip.com, which still hasn’t been resolved. I have paid twice and looks like I won’t be getting a refund at the moment.

Première classe digne d’un première classe, rien de négatif.
Même si le 1ere Classe est à côté d’un campanile est un Logis de France, si c’est établissements là où ils sont, sont un peu isolés.

Après nos vacances, on est descendu dans cet hôtel pour une étape avant de rentrer à la maison. Pour le prix, on savait qu'on en aurait pour notre argent. Pour une nuit, ça va, mais pas plus. La chambre est très petite, les cloisons sont trop minces, on entend tous les voisins autour, le matelas est très fin et très peu confortable, la cabine de douche a une structure métallique et donc il y a beaucoup de traces de rouille, il y a une seule prise électrique (pour recharger nos appareils, c'est peu), la chasse d'eau fait un bruit pas possible. Il y a de bonnes choses quand même : c'est propre (serviettes comme literie) et le petit-déj est copieux

The photo in tripadvisor is not the premiere classe, its the reception of the campanile which is the sister hotel to the premiere class. The rooms are very small and many have a strange structure over the bed as if for a single bed but who knows. What we do know is that they warn you about bumping your head. The rooms felt very old and really needed a refresh and it wasnt a patch on the same hotel chain that we stayed in Reims on our route down through France. The ensuite was miniscule with a shower but there was no room to move. You could eat in the campanile on same site but that was very disappointing. Not a decent meal after a long journey. Breakfast was much better. We'll look much more carefully if we choose to stay in another Premier classe and they seem to be very different standards.

Toute une équipe aux petits soins pour ma chienne Raya et pour moi-même. Merci merci merci ! Chambre parfaite au rez de chaussée donnant sur le parc avec une bonne literie et des serviettes changées tous les jours. La restauration parfaite avec un service parfait. Merci beaucoup à tout le personnel d'avoir contribué à rendre mon séjour inoubliable ! Je reviendrai vous voir sans aucune hésitation !
