Havia feito duas reservas separadas, uma para mim e outra para meu filho, eu não pude ir e cancelei a minha, quando ele chegou o hotel tinha cancelado a dele sem avisar.
Cidade lotada, sem lugar para ficarem, um absurdo, descaso com o cliente.

It is a pretty decent place for travelers. The hotel is clean, staff is nice and helpfull. Parking is easy and available. Breakfast is impressively good. I would only recommend that they change the towels since they are clearly old. Restaurant is closed on Sundays. All rooms are sound proof - something I love!

Os quartos são extremamente confortáveis, com camas aconchegantes que proporcionam um ótimo descanso. A limpeza e organização do espaço também merecem destaque, tudo impecável! O café da manhã é variado e delicioso, com opções frescas e bem preparadas. Tivemos também a oportunidade de desfrutar do jantar, que foi igualmente saboroso e bem servido. Na verdade, entre os meses de julho e setembro venho me hospedando aqui neste hotel. Dentre todos a nível Brasil vocês é que tem o melhor atendimento e equipe responsável e educado que me faz sentir em casa. Desde o primeiro atendimento (recepção), as camareiras, o pessoal do café e o rapaz da manutenção sempre atencioso e educado. Parabéns, me recuso a se hospedar em qualquer outro hotel da cidade de Ponta Grossa.

Minha estadia no Hotel 10 em Ponta Grossa foi simplesmente excelente! Logo na chegada, fui recebida com muita simpatia e atenção pelas recepcionistas, que fizeram toda a diferença no atendimento. Os quartos são impecáveis: limpos, organizados e com aquele cheirinho agradável que transmite conforto e cuidado. A cama é super confortável, perfeita para uma boa noite de descanso. Outro ponto alto foi a parte gastronômica: o lanche é divino, muito bem preparado, e o café da manhã é maravilhoso, com várias opções fresquinhas e saborosas para todos os gostos. Com certeza, é um lugar que recomendo para quem busca qualidade, conforto e um atendimento acolhedor em Ponta Grossa. Voltarei sempre que puder!
