Wir waren hier für 2 Nächte und fühlten uns königlich. Super grosses Zimmer und Bad. Tolle Aussicht und sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Das Buffet ist reichlich und lecker. Auf der Dachterasse kann man herrlichen verweilen und das treiben beobachten. Es lässt sich gut baden und sonnen. Immer gerne wieder. Danke an das tolle Team.

Llegué pronto por la mañana y ya tenían muy habitación preparada, cuentan con aparcamiento privado que en esa zona se agradece mucho ya que suele estar bastante llena de coches por la playa. El alojamiento muy cómodo y limpio, tienen gimnasio, una terraza en la cubierta y en la planta 0 sauna, hammam y piscina, me pareció un poco curioso que estuviese junto a la recepción, pero estando allí apenas notas la entrada de otros huéspedes. Si que me gustaría que hubiese tenido agua en la nevera de la habitación o una fuente en recepción. La mini nevera no enfriaba mucho. Los dormitorio cuentan con aire acondicionado.
La ubicación delante de la playa y perfecta para ver puestas de sol.

For people who don’t rent a car, transportation is very inconvenient because the Shuttle Bus has fewer flights, especially on weekends! Second, there are no taxis! If you call a taxi by phone, it will be twice as expensive as calling one on the APP! One night in a hotel costs HK$1,000 HKD, but even taking a taxi out to the city already costs HK$400! Moreover, the facilities are relatively dilapidated and the pillows are relatively short! The only highlight is that the scenery is really beautiful!

Quel séjour merveilleux nous avons passé dans votre établissement.Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et très bien entretenues. Le restaurant est excellent avec un grand choix de plats, que ce soit au petit déjeuner ou au dîner. Le personnel du bar-restaurant ainsi qu’à la réception est d'une grande gentillesse et très disponible. L’hôtel est de plus bien situé si vous désirez visiter l’île en voiture. Je le recommande sans hésitation.

The location of the hotel is great and probably the sunniest place on Madeira. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Nevertheless, restaurant staff look always unhappy. There is only one coffee machine in the restaurant and you always experience people waiting to fill their coffee in the morning. One machine is too less... The food is OK, but not everything looks fresh and not replenished in time (not just one product). Evening meal is below satisfaction... we took it only once (as arrived late) and various meal positions were already empty and nobody bothered to replenish. Various products didn't look fresh either... 30 eur per person - absolutely not worth it! Rooms are big and nice, but cleaning staff is not paying attention sometime if you run out of something (like soap in our case) or towels need to be changed (like 4 days after we arrived, even if you leave it on the floor). It is done when you ask at reception though.
