A place with many possibilities, but they spoil it down to the most essential details. Spacious rooms, but very poorly used. Comfortable beds, but with small (fitted) sheets; they come loose, and you sleep directly on the mattress with the bottom sheet all wrinkled beneath you. One of the rooms didn't have a working air conditioner or TV. Small closets. It's a shame because it's in an unbeatable location for exploring Ponta Delgada.

VERY BAD! We rented it for 5 nights but had to leave after 2 because it was too bad to be true: - They put us in a room facing a street close to the nightlife area and where people constantly pass by shouting until 5 in the morning. - The room has no type of insulation, either from light or noise. It's distressing! - The bathroom: The shower clogs after 1 minute and we end up showering in a huge puddle of water that overflows. Small towels and one of them even came dirty! - They do not have their own parking nor is there a solution presented for guests who need to pay (a lot) to have their car parked on the street. - Unfriendly and uncomprehending staff. We tried to cancel our stay and ask for a refund and they wouldn't let us. They said we could go to another room, when we got there the room was even worse!! Full of moisture and smelling of moisture! And he even had the nerve to tell us that it is normal to have humidity in houses in the Azores. - Breakfast is left at the room door but the room is not equipped for this. They say that there is no common room to go to and there are no chairs for all the guests. One day we didn't even have breakfast at the door of our room! Very bad. In short: One of the worst experiences I've ever had in accommodation.
