The hotel is conveniently located just a stone's throw from the sailing pier, which is very convenient. Sightseeing, eating and drinking nearby, and parks are also within easy reach. The hotel is relatively new and has complete facilities, but the sound insulation effect is really poor.

Excellent new hotel in the waterfront area of Auckland. Rooms are immaculate and the whole experience is bar raising at this hotel.

From the moment I checked in, I was made to feel valued and special. I’d requested in special requests their “best available room” because I was celebrating my 50th. I arrived into my room to find a birthday card, happy birthday dessert plate and bottle of Prosecco. It was an unexpected but lovely start to my stay! The room and amenities were beautiful and they even put a chocolate fish on my room service tray (just because). I also left my clutch purse in my car which they had valet parked for me. It was no problem at all for them to collect it and deliver it to my room. If you want to stay somewhere where you get treated as a valued guest and the staff go above and beyond, stay at the QT Auckland!

Nice hotel with eclectic decor. Great staff. Busy and bustling. Great location for visiting Auckland. Close to harbor, cruise terminal and transportation.
