The location was amazing as it was right across from the beach. It is isolated from the rest of the town so to access other shops and restaurant is about a 20-25 walk. The hotel staff were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was good but the dinner buffet needed more options. The room and facilities were clean. The bed in the room could have been more comfortable. It was very helpful that parking was free and right in front of the hotel lobby.

Just returned from a 10 night stay at this hotel. We were all inclusive in a superior double room. The room itself was lovely and modern. We were on the 10th floor and the views were fantastic. Had lots of space and the rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. We had 2 double beds and they were very comfortable, not your usual 2 singles pushed together. The only downside is that there was only 1 socket in the bedroom. So my advice is take an extension lead and 1 adapter and you should be ok. There was a socket in the bathroom so if you needed straighteners or hairdryer you could work from there! We had a fridge and tea and coffee facilities, but I think these only come with the superior rooms so upgrade if you can. The pool area is lovely, although I would say that the pool itself is not your usual tiles and is very rough on your feet, like it’s been pebble dashed! The other thing that I found extremely annoying was that for the entire 10 days they played the same Reggaeton/Latin based music, the same exact songs every day and at times it’s very loud! One morning they played the same song over and over for around 4 hours, before someone noticed. They had around 3 dance songs, a Katie Perry song and weirdly Bill Haley ‘Rock around the clock’ thrown in the mix!! This was repeated daily for our entire 10 days stay. The other thing we found very odd was that you’re not allowed to have any balls of any sort in the pool, although the staff arrange volleyball or football in the afternoon and the amount of times the ball comes flying at your sunbed knocking drinks and God knows what else over seems very contradictory. It’s like you’re not allowed to have a ball because you might hurt someone with it but the entertainment staff can, and it’s disregarded if the ball hits you or your sunbed or your belongings. I would say this hotel is very much geared towards Spanish guests and they take priority. That’s fair enough but don’t sell this hotel for English guests if that’s the case. The staff don’t make you feel particularly welcome. At no point was our daughter asked to join in the children’s club or activities. You saw the entertainment staff walking with lots of children around the pool and doing things but they were all Spanish kids. Even the mini disco and entertainment in the evening is entirely in Spanish and no translation or very little. There was a magic show one night and again all in Spanish, we had no idea what was going on so we left. On one evening a Spanish woman told my child to be quiet even though there was loud music playing and everyone talking and other kids shouting, which really got my back up. It felt like she didn’t tell her to be quiet because she was particularly loud, more likely that we were English and she didn’t like us. Again, you are in Spain and I understand but this hotel shouldn’t be sold to English guests. The staff did not make you feel particularly welcome and even if you tried to speak to them in Spa

An honest review. On the whole the weather made our holiday. 15 of us varying in age from 3 to 85. The hotel pools are the best bit. But it is totally geared towards Spanish holidaymakers. All evening entertainment is in Spanish, they dont translate even for kids disco. The bar is awful. Cheap tasting wine, red, white or rose that's your choice. We weren't all inclusive so were paying. Awful cheap alcohol cocktails, they must make a fortune on the Brits. Food was ok, mostly, but cold sometimes. Rooms typical old Spanish, in need of some updating. The hotel doesn't serve small snacks/sandwiches etc for lunch if your HB like we were and there are no snack bars around that do. Few bars but serving burgers/ meals etc. Nearest shop twenty minutes walk up a hill. Not a lot to do around the hotel, it's not your typical promenade with bars and shops to wander in and out of. Would not recommend for this reason.

This hotel is not a 4 star, it’s dated and looks like something from the 80’s. Although the buffet offers some decent food, we were happy that we were only half board as it was repetitive for lunch and breakfast. The pools were good for the kids however it was ridiculous that they kept us waiting until 10am before accessing the pool area making it a mad rush for the beds near the children area. Lifeguards are useless, there was a child jumping from a height into the jacuzzi and causing chaos in the children’s pool, nothing was done about it. Kids club is aimed at Spanish children, mine didn’t get asked to go. Staff didn’t give the best service and the maids only made beds, no fresh towels all week, we had to ration toilet paper for a few days too! The resort is ok but very tailored to Spanish tourists not British, I suggest making sure you google translate ready! I’m not a Brit abroad but it would have been nice to not have to google translate everything, nothing opens until 8.30pm and make sure you have made reservations for weekend eating. The beach is lovely though!!
