Hotel on the main street (photo) northwest of the centers. There is a McDonald's opposite, otherwise you have to walk a bit. Rooms spacious and average, furnishings rather outdated. There is a bar and restaurant. Parking spaces are in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, the Bar Berlin in the neighborhood was closed on Saturday morning.

Personnel très accueillant et serviable . Chambres très propre et climatisation non excessive. La ville est pleine de petits recoins sympathique. Le château des templiers est une visite incontournable à Faire . Bien petits restos . Non touristiques donc très abordable

El hotel está bastante bien si te coge de paso. Estuvimos dos noches y la verdad que nos gustó bastante. La habitación era bastante grande y cómoda. Solo desayunamos un día en el desayuno buffet. Echamos en falta muchos alimentos pero nos bastó para llenar el estómago. El hotel estaba muy limpio y la habitación también. Teníamos cerca Mercadona, lidl, mc’ Donald’s, gasolineras. Muy cerca del centro de Ponferrada.

He tenido un reunión de trabajo este pasado viernes aunque me alojé en el hotel desde el jueves noche y sólo puedo decir después de mi larga experiencia en hoteles que me cuesta recordar un hotel en España donde el trato recibido por todo el personal (recepción,cafetería.etc.) haya sido tan profesional y amable haciendo en todo momento muy cómoda la estancia del viajero y no puedo dejar de destacar sobremanera el servicio del restaurante donde jamás he comido un menú de día en la cena del jueves y con mis con 3 campañeros en la comida del viernes con el comedor a tope,atendidos por unos camareros con una profesionalidad y un saber hacer que no lo encuentras ni en un hotel 5 estrellas.MUCHAS GRACIAS

It is a good Hotel, very well located, with easy parking, in the area. Very clean in all its rooms, and very nice and close staff. The room is very good, it has everything you need to have a good stay. Breakfast is a buffet, and is a little short, more variety of bread, and also expand the sweet and savory offering. 100x100 recommended. Unbeatable treatment and great food. All the staff is super professional and they treat you with great care. Not a but. It far exceeded my expectations as the hospitality industry is today. Although it is not in the center, it is worth the short walk to go to the commercial area and the old town, about 15 m.
