Hotel in piazza, vicino al centro storico. La reception meeito un 10 e lode, in particolare Carlos, persona molto gentile e disponibile, è andato oltre ogni aspettativa. Colazione buona, prodotti di qualità. Vale la pena alloggiare qui. Abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza. L'hotel dispone di un garage per i pellegrini in bicicletta, noi ne abbiamo approfittato.

Todo genial! Recepción, limpieza, tamaño habitación, cama y colchón y desayuno. Está en la Plaza Mayor de Ponferrada, su situación es privilegiada. Disponen de Restaurante propia junto al Hotel, Restaurante La Violeta, con una carta excepcional.

El hotel es bastante cutre para lo q cuesta, tremendamente ruidoso por su ubicación en la plaza , por la noche en verano rodeado de terrazas y desde las 7 de la mañana camiones y servicios . La cama pequeña y los amenities consistían en un dispensador para todo… vamos q parecía un hostal …

Excelente. Situación perfecta. Hotel muy bonito. Trato excelente. La habitación muy bonita. Suelo de madera y baño con mármol. Todo está nuevo. Mi habitación era abardillada, pero había bastante espacio. Un tragaluz en el techo se podía abrir y tenía buena vista.

Very comfortable room. Helpful staff. Brilliant location overlooking the square. To be recommended for a visit to Ponferrada. Big spacious room. Air-conditioning worked well Didn't try the restaurants but I imagine they would be very good

Zum Hotel gehören mehrere Gebäude und Restaurants, die alle verbunden sind. Die Zimmer sind teils etwas dunkel, da sie unter dem Dach sind und wenig Licht einfällt. Die Zimmer sind groß und das Bad verfügt über eine kleine Badewanne. Wifi ist vorhanden. Frühstücksbuffet wird angeboten. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und der historische Stadtkern ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Nachteil: Da es direkt am Marktplatz liegt und durch die umliegenden Restaurants ist es relativ laut bis spät abends (nachts).

Instalación vieja lleno de escaleras laberínticas.Tarifa de 2 noches no reembolsables pero solo gastamos una porque nos metieron en una habitación súper cutre( todo viejo, cortina en la bañera...). Primero nos dieron una mejor pero la cadena estropeada .Todo para un callejón. No nos quisieron dar bono por la noche no usada: en el hotel el Castillo, k está infinitamente mejor, si lo hacen. Personal amable.

This was a stop on our Camino journey. The location was great - right on the square. The room comfortable and fairly large with a BATHTUB! Great to soak after many walking days. Breakfast was plentiful and good.
