Peor imposible: al llegar avisamos k la calefacción no funcionaba; cuando volvimos por la noche seguía sin funcionar pero la trabajadora de la tarde dejó el recado a la de la noche de que no era verdad....increíble....ni nos habían dejado mantas y la habitación helada... nos habían dicho que nos cambiarían de habitación y después no nos dejaron....horrible

Convenient and cheerful!!!
The hotel is ideally located from the old city center and castle. The staff was cheerful and very helpful. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. It’s very convenient and affordable. The beds are very hard.

Very nice, but way too hot for me
Nice people, nice room, but air conditioning didn’t work and my room was like an oven. I could not sleep. Breakfast was meagre a coffee, a juice and a croissant but it only cost 4.70 euros. Everything was lovely, just a shame that the roasting room spoilt the stay
