The hotel is closer to the important spots in pondicherry within a walk-able distance. The hotel is clean and the neat. The hotel is a bit small but i think it's a good deal for the price.

Horrible stay. (1) no one to take luggage upto room on checking in and to tack down luggage on checkout. (2) dirty room. Lots of cobwebs in the room. Not cleaned for months it seems. (3)not giving any blanket or even a sheet to use in cold night, even on demanding. (4) closing hotel gate before 9. 45 pm. We had to tell a stranger to call hotel staff to open the main gate at 10 pm. (5) no hot water facility in bathroom. (6) location is terrible. On the way to hotel is vegetable market. It is such a nightmare to reach the hotel and to go anywhere from the hotel. (7) staff talks as if they don't want any customer. So, never ever plan to stay in this hotel !

Pathetic room. Terrible service. We asked for blanket they did not provided. We asked for the room cleaning the didnot provided. So many mosquitoes flying in the room. We stayed for 1day. As the charged more money but no facilities no services given.
