Everything was pretty good... except that the reservation was for 4 people and they only put two towels in the room, I had to ask for the ones that were missing. There was no hot water in our room and there was no room cleaning service... however, I would not hesitate to stay again... my comments are corrective...

Up: It is a beautiful hotel. Large rooms and very clean. Location, location, location absolutely great. Close to all kinds of activities, shops and restaurants. Parking behind the hotel available at no cost. Several small businesses/vendors inside the hotel available for a good shopping experience. Down: Although customer service while at the hotel was good, it takes forever for the personnel at the lobby to pick up the phone. Mini fridge is available to certain rooms. Therefore, if you have a medical condition that requires refrigeration, this is not the right hotel for you. At the hotel, the bar and restaurant were close. No live music or band at the lobby. Overall, 3/5 rating.

El hotel está hermoso para la edad que tiene. Los problemas que encontré fueron los siguientes: No contaban con agua caliente. La piscina tenia sedimento (sucia) y para pedir toallas para la misma tuve que esperar casi 15min pues no habia nadie en la recepción. En la habitación: Imposible ver algo en la Tv pues la señal era demasiado intermitente y en ocaciones nula. A pesar de estas pequeñas cosas, me volvería a quedar.

No fue la mejor, el servicio buen lento, tienen problemas con la agua caliente hacen varios dias y no lo informan , cuando le preguntan muchas justificación y todos diferente, me he quedado antes y no es ni el 25% de lo que era, lo lamento por mi opinión, pero no quisiera como comerciante , que le suceda esta a otro y más decepción a mi isla y Ponce.... Ponce no está listo para revivir muchos turistas y soy local de la isla...
