When we arrived to check in we were given a room that the bed was so worned out, we couldn't believe this room was assigned to us. My husband went to the lobby and told the receptionist and she placed us in another room that was much better, the bed was comfortable. We cant emphasize enough the need in these days that every rooms need a small refrigerator and a microwave. We appreciated the elegance of your Lobby and the very good service & good meal at the restaurant (B) at the Melia. This place, is a hotel not a motel, treat it like wise.
