Excellent accueil dans un bel établissement dans un lieu retiré face aux collines environnantes.
Chambre confortable et bien équipée au calme et propre

Personnel avenant, prévenant qui fait beaucoup d’efforts pour communiquer dans notre langue, autant autour d’un petit déjeuner continental copieux et varié que lors du repas au restaurant ou au bar qui sert l’après midi à la piscine
Un grand merci particulier à Fillipo ainsi qu’à sa maman.. Jeune Employé très disponible, cultivé, @ l’écoute des Clients, très très serviable et essaye au mieux de nous donner le meilleur des services et conseils concernant les lieux @ visiter et découvrir des restaurants sympathiques..
Toute l’équipe de l’hôtel est très souriante et agréable ..

Hotel room was spacious with balcony. Rooms were very clean and many amenities like body and hand soap made from olive which the region is known for.
Breakfast was simple yet very good especially the Pera Cioccolato cake which was the best I had to date. Definitely recommended!

Hôtel familial et calme avec un bon accueil. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et varié, pour le dîner plats délicieux impossible de tout manger. Suite junior agréable vue sur la mer. Chambre propre avec une très bonne literie seul bémol le bruit de la climatisation.

Prenotato sul sito dell'hotel, dal lunedì al giovedì, suite junior, al momento, esperienza negativa, in particolare: personale della reception si rivolge ai clienti con superficialità, in camera perpane una lampada guasta, la cassaforte non funziona, gli ombrelloni insufficienti per numero e qualcuno con strappi e supporti rotti, una scaletta piscina rotta con una sporgenza tagliente. Per un hotel a 4 stelle e quasi 1000 euro per quattro giorni, tutto questo mi sembra veramente eccessivo.

Luogo indiscutibilmente bello colazione super , ma servizi in camera discutibili , un RESORT potrebbe mettere più rotoli carta igienica e asciugamani visto che in due giorni abbiamo usato gli stessi bagnati delle docce precedenti Almeno un cambio sarebbe opportuno , e poi visto la distanza dalla civiltà almeno una cena la anche a pagamento sarebbe stata gradita invece .. ci sono stati proposti panini E buste di patatine, ho pagato meno con trivago ma se la stanza vale 310 euro a notte come scritto sul retro della porta , a voi il resto

Appartement spacieux avec terrasse agréable
L'hotel nous a laissé profiter de la piscine le temps d'attendre que le check in ouvre. 16h c'est d'ailleurs un peu tard mais admettons. L'enregistrement qui a duré littéralement 1h et qui a été réalisé par une hotesse très désagréable qui nous a donné un appartement à l'autre bout du complexe alors qu'il y en avait des libres plus près. Lorsque nous avons enfin pu nous installer, affaires débarrés, nous avons voulu mettre la clim. Or, la clim ne fonctionnait pas. Un agent de maintenance a été envoyé 30 min plus tard. Ce dernier n'a rien pu faire et nous a laissé planté la. Après plusieurs appels, la réception nous a dit de revenir pour récupérer les clefs d'une autre chambre. Encore de l'attente. Pas d'excuse pas de geste commercial alors que nous avions un bébé qui ne pouvait pas dormir puisque nous devions déménager de chambre. Aucune explication sur la localisation de la 2eme chambre. Finalement une fois de nouveau installé, là nous avons pu profiter pleinement de cet hotel. Situé à 10min en voiture de villages avec des commerces et des restaurants. Heureusement car sur place pas de restauration le soir possible.. Des serveurs au club house très désagréables.
En bref, heureusement que l'hotel a une piscine et que les appartements sont grands car sans ça je vous déconseille vivement cet endroit.
