Great place to stay near pompei, the room is simple but very big with not many amenities and I wasn't expecting much from the stay but the homemade cooked dinner blew me away, can't recommend it enough!
Three openings plus antipasta and main course topping it with limoncello all for 30eur, unthinkable. The recommended wine was delicious for 19eur a bottle.
The breakfast was also colourful and delicious, great croissants, ham and delicious cheese.
Overall, amazing value for money and great stay.

There is a problem with the name of this hotel. How dare you call it a villa? It can only be called a country house. Except that it is close to the entrance of Pompeii, the rest is lackluster. The house was extremely humid and always filled with odors. There were more ants, flies, and mosquitoes than any other. For two nights, the mosquitoes kept me awake. It is said that breakfast is included, but it is monotonous and repetitive every day and there is nothing to eat. Because there was nowhere to eat dinner in the remote area, I was forced to eat at a B&B. However, the meals were almost the same for three days, so I charged a lot of money. I was especially speechless when I left because the B&B was far away from the train station and public transportation was inconvenient. Our train was earlier, so we had no choice but to ask the boss to send us to the station. He readily agreed and said he would not pay for it. Only later did we find out that he only gave it to us. I just found a taxi and the fare was not a penny less. It turns out that good people can do this!

La struttura ha un bel potenziale, ma onestamente la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare sia delle camere che per il resto, andrebbero cambiati gli arredamenti e magari anche i sanitari e la.piscina necessita di un intervento si ritritturazione. Il punto a favore è la vicinanza agli scavi di Pompei perché si può andare a piedi con una passeggiata di circa 10 minuti

I stayed here with my husband,my 3 girls and their partners. The rooms were large with decent ensuites. We were celebrating my 50th birthday. Giuseppe and family made my stay so special. He organised airport transfers and cooked the most amazing food. The food here is much better than any of the local restaurants and all home cooked. Make sure you eat at Villa Franca. The whole place was spotlessly clean including the pool area. I would highly recommend a stay here. It's also within walking distance of the train station and entrance to the ruins.

Absolutely lovely! So welcoming. Nothing too much trouble.....gave us an umbrella to shade under when visiting Pompeii. ..organised a taxi for us....extra pillow....We added another to the booking...anything we asked for, the reply was 'no problema'. We had a traditional family italian multi course dinner which was both delicious and a cultural experience in itself. Thanks to all the staff! All were equally lovely and helpful.🤗

Welcomed like an old friend even tho I'd just arrived. This is a wonderful place to stay. As previous poster says it's 5 star because of Giuseppe and his wife and their warm hospitality. It's tranquil and the food is amazing. Everything is clean and spotless. Travelling on my own I felt so safe. Brilliant spot for exploring Pompeii. I stayed 2 nights - would have stayed longer but they were booked up. Surrounded by French and Italian guests. It's a quiet family place. If you're wondering whether to book just do it. Do book your Pompeii tickets online before you go from ticketone. The queue to buy tickets at the kiosk was horrendous - like an hour's wait.
