Ne vaux pas plus que 2 petites étoiles Petit déjeuner misérable, chambre vraiment pas top... les savons, papier wc etc au compte goute... Personnellement, ma chambre n'était pas top, coup dans les murs et plafond veille peinture, même pas une petite bouteille d'eau dans le frigo (vide)

Nice modern hotel, friendly staff, decent breakfast variety, walking distance to the city and ruins (though not right in the center of town, maybe 10-15 minutes walk), comfy beds, elevator if needed. The rooms do seem to echo a bit and the street got a bit noisy at times… overall it wasn’t awful. Competitive price makes this recommended.

Appena arrivati ci informano che l’ Ascensore non funziona. Molte zone con intonaco dei muri che cade giù. Sul soffitto varie infiltrazioni. La colazione passabile ma sicuramente non da 4 stelle. Di positivo che si trova in una zona dove puoi raggiungere velocemente gli scavi.

Le foto delle stanze non corrispondono all’attuale stato di manutenzione delle camere, sono visibili segni di usura sia alle pareti sia nella rubinetteria del bagno. Il livello di pulizia è molto scadente- con presenza di peli nel bagno sui sanitari e capelli su arredi e copriletti. Inoltre rilevata presenza di cimici “dei letti” o “del materasso”documentate in foto allegate. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Das Stadthotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Minuten bis ins Zentrum und etwa 15 – 20 Minuten bis zum Eingang in die Ausgrabungsstätte an der Piazza Immacolata. Das Hotel verfügt über helle, angenehm große und saubere Zimmer, die auch einem Balkon haben, sowie über einen relativ geräumigen Fahrstuhl. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt, im Barbereich kann man angenehm sitzen und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, einziger kleiner Makel: der Capuccino – frisch zubereitet – hätte ein wenig heißer sein dürfen. Aber alles in allem: ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, zudem mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, in dem wir uns wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben.

I've just returned from my trip to Pompei and I stayed at Hotel Pompei Be Green during my visit. I think it was a very functional hotel. It is not ideally located. It is about 15-18 minutes walk from the ruins and taxis are hard to find. The internet was patchy at best. The rooms were alright - they were a decent size and we found that it was quite difficult to get meaningful information from the reception. Everything felt a bit underwhelming. We had breakfast at the hotel and found mold on one of the pastries there and decided to not eat further. All in all, I wouldn't be singing praises of this hotel and probably wouldn't stay here again. A little focus on making customer experiences memorable could go a long way here.

I just booked this hotel, and immediately realized I booked a wrong date and I want to correct to be one day earlier. The ******* agent immediately call the hotel to refund and change, but the hotel refused to refund me. They force me to pay much higher if I want to change the date. It’s a daily light robbery! This hotel is extremely inflexible and doesn’t consider customer. This is horrible customer service. I will never ever use this hotel again.

PAS OP: BEDWANTSEN BEWARE: BED BUGS! Mooi hotel, kamers zijn in nette staat, lekker ontbijt. Daar is ook alles mee gezegd want de bedwantsen lopen in alle kamers over de bedden. In de eerste kamer die we kregen bedwantsen ontdekt, we hebben dit aangegeven bij de receptie. Pas nadat we zeiden dat we weg zouden gaan kregen we een andere kamer aangeboden. Dat was prima, echter was er alleen een slaapbank en een tweepersoonsbed. Dus ze hebben ons verplaatst naar een andere kamer waar wel een derde bed was. Helaas liepen de bedwantsen weer over het bed, kregen we weer een andere kamer maar ook daar zaten ze. Hierna waren we er klaar mee en hebben we zelf een ander hotel geboekt en zijn we vertrokken. Uitchecken heeft een half uur geduurd omdat de receptionist geen engels kan. Geprobeerd om een deel van mijn geld terug te krijgen via ******* maar het hotel wil hier niet aan meewerken. Met klem afgeraden dus om hier te boeken, of je moet zin hebben in meeliftende bedwantsen die je vervolgens je huis nooit meer uitkrijgt (!) want het leek niet of het personeel er wat aan gaat doen.
