great experience! breakfast was a nice perk - eggs, waffles, muffins, sausages, etc. It gets crowded on the weekends so the line was long. be sure to get your breakfast early. the weekdays were much less crowded. clean pool, gym and nice hot tub on the side too!

Originally, there was a free parking lot, so I booked a hotel so far away, but I didn't expect that there were black people organizing activities here for a few days. The breakfast was very noisy, and these black people were also very rude and smelly.

However, because placing a new order for one more day was cheaper than booking another night alone, Ctrip customer service and hotel customer service were very helpful. Opted to stay at hotel because Claremont Doubletree was more expensive. Additionally, the hotel has closed corridors, which is safer for a woman traveling alone. Comfortable bed and clean environment. We were looking for a quite place to rest after a long day of travel and they accommodated us perfectly, the front desk was welcoming and warm to deal with. If anyone is travelling with kids and family this is the hotel we recommend. Keep up the good work guys!..
