When you arrive at the hotel it has the WOW factor it is very quiet we stayed for 10 days the only thing that spoiled our stay is we had to move rooms after 3 days which really took the shine off our relaxing break. Thursday when we arrived back at the room we had no towels and had to ring and ask for some all sorted very quickly. The sunbeds are very low and could really do with some cushions for a 5 star hotel you would expect more luxury around the pool, the pool drink order app also stopped working after day 2 which was very annoying. We all were all inclusive but found it odd you had to pay for some cocktails when you pay to stay in 5 star hotel you expect everything to be all in. the only other niggle we had is the shop onsite had very odd opening hours don't get me wrong the lady was lovely and friendly with plenty of choice but would have been nice to be opened int he evening and earlier in the day. Overall the staff all worked really heard the cleaners and waiting staff and the young girl int he bar. The bar manger seemed to enjoy walking around and telling the staff off rather than get her hands dirty!! the food int the cularium was outstanding and we enjoyed our a la carte meal every day and the one off evening meal you were treated like royalty . The Tui staff all worked really hard and Clair and Chole were always helpful and smiling the silent disco and wine tasting they arranged were such fun Hope to come back one day soon

Well, what can we say that hasn’t already been said by other guests other than to say what a fabulous holiday! The hotel is immaculate, the food is great, the entertainment suited us perfectly and the reps were so, so good. Finally the staff. Without exception incredibly efficient and welcoming. A lot of them multi tasking and working long hours but maintaining such high standards. Thank you all so much. The cats were a lovely bonus. As friendly as the staff. The hotel is a bit isolated but that was a plus for us and there is plenty to do all through the day. For us faultless from the warm welcome to when we had to leave.

We’ve just returned from 10 incredible nights and had such a wonderful time that we’ve already booked to come back next July! Things we loved: We stayed in room 406, a Junior Suite with Private Pool. Some reviewers have mentioned that the pools don’t always get full sun because of the canopy-style design, and that’s true – but it actually worked brilliantly for us. The patio still had sunshine from around 10am until 6pm, with the best hours between midday and 4/5pm. Perfect for me (ginger and Scottish!) who doesn’t need to roast all day, but if you want full-on sunshine, the main pool has plenty of loungers. The rooms themselves are gorgeous – finished to a very high standard, with comfy beds, powerful air-con (just keep that patio door shut), and the dream double rain shower. The toiletries smell divine, the minibar is topped up every two days, and you’ll find robes, slippers, and a steady supply of fresh towels waiting for you. Beach towels can be swapped daily at the spa, which is so handy. One of my absolute highlights was hiring a beach gazebo. For €50 (small) or €90 (large) you get your own private shaded spot with luxury loungers, curtains for privacy, a bottle of fizz, fruit platter, and waiter service via the app. Worth every penny – especially on our last day before a late flight. It made saying goodbye a little easier! Food was excellent, with breakfast offering something for every taste, from local delicacies to international favourites. The evening buffet had great variety (sushi night was a hit), and I loved the salad and antipasto spread. At lunchtime the Culinarium is a good option, and the patisserie from 10am is an absolute gem – sandwiches, salads, waffles, crepes, ice cream… I may have worked my way through the menu. The spa deserves a special mention. I had both a foot massage and a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage – the latter genuinely the best I’ve ever had. They stock Apivita products too, which smell heavenly (tip: the cucumber and aloe face mask is magic after a day in the sun). The spa facilities also include a small gym, indoor pool, steam room etc. Everything felt calm, relaxing, and easy to book. Another brilliant touch – if you’ve got a late flight, you can extend your room for €150, or simply enjoy the pool/beach all day and then freshen up in the spa showers before heading off. We did the latter, and it worked perfectly. Crepes, showers, cocktails – not a bad way to round off a holiday. The location suited us perfectly: small, intimate, adults-only, and wonderfully relaxed. Even the beach stayed peaceful. We booked an excursion too – the Halkidiki boat trip with swimming, a Neos Marmaras visit and lunch (£83pp). It was a long day (8am–7pm back at the hotel) but absolutely worth it. Jumping off a boat into the middle of the Aegean is now firmly on my “top travel memories” list. And finally, the cats! There’s a friendly little colony around the hotel, clearly cared for and much-loved. Watching them

Absolutely amazing hotel. We had a junior suite with private pool. The pool had sun from about 8.30am until 2pm. The beach was fantastic, plenty of beds. All the staff were great. Food and drinks also very good. Great variety. This is not a party venue, its a very tranquil chilled out place, which was ideal for us. So ideal in fact we booked for next year before we even left !! Highly recommended.

Just heading back from the most amazing week here. We have never been so relaxed on a holiday! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere which was just what we wanted but there is a supermarket a short 20 minute walk. Pool chilly but very much needed after basking in the lovely sunshine. Pool area itself is beautiful and tranquil. Room cleaned daily, nice music in the bathroom which you can turn off. I asked for a quiet room and that’s what we got! Just the sound of crickets which beats those of the m6. Hotel is lovely and clean and the staff cannot do enough for you and just make the atmosphere and experience very pleasant. They are always smiling and polite which I appreciate may be difficult sometimes but it never feels forced. By our third night they knew we liked outside for dinner, and Asher (lovely waiter in the restaurant) knew I liked a sparking wine with dinner and was very surprised the one day I elected to have a white wine 😂 and very gracious when we said goodbye on our last night. Entertainment team is there but they aren’t pushy which was appreciated. Food is very good, not excessive choice but a good selection. Cannot thank the staff here enough for their service and attentiveness. We even got a hug on our last night from the lovely lady from the bar whose name I shamefully can’t recall! We will definitely be back.

Dangerous ornamental pool features. (We actually fell in and broke a foot!) Food selection poor and often cold. Staff very good. If this us the best Tui can do its a disgrace.

Lovely hotel, and staff in all departments were excellent. Nicole the TUI manager was great. Swimming pool and pool bar facilities is lovely. If you want, the beach is 50 yards away. Bar and main dining room was excellent, with a nice and varied menu of food and drinks. Bedroom with pool really nice and clean, with air conditioning. Indoor pool and spa a good facility although the gym was disappointing - very small. Never done an adult only holiday before - this hotel was a great first experience. We had never done an adult only holiday before - this hotel was a lovely experience. We will use TUI again.

We have just returned from a fantastic relaxing 10 days . We stayed in a junior suite with a jacuzzi, the room was spotless and well equipped and had everything we needed . The pool was amazing and there was never any problem getting a sunbed anytime of the day . All the staff were friendly , polite and work so hard to make sure guests have the best time. Food in both the main restaurant and the Culinarium was amazing with so much choice . Special shout out to the Tui reps who are always on hand to answer any issues and the entertainment and fitness team do a great job ensuring the days and evenings are fun . The hotel is very isolated , would be nice to be able to walk somewhere out of the hotel . Remember to take insect repellent .
