•Housekeeping are 0/5. I had an apartment booked , it had only one garbage bin in the whole apartment , when i requested a second one, it was never brought. •Furniture is RUN down , hotels needs a full renovation. •non working plugs •not enough lights in the rooms •Reservation team ( Nicolette, I had to call back and forth so she would replay to my emails ) they would only respond if you call and give them your email to look it up the inbox . Over all the hotel front desk / valet are the best ! But the back office and rest are extreme weak.

Anche quest' anno abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni di vacanza qui a Poltu Quatu. Che dire..torniamo qui da anni e la location è da togliere il fiato, gli appartamenti sono completamente immersi nella vegetazione mediterranea e godono di un ottima posizione. Un oasi di pace e tranquillità, accoglienza molto gradita e lo staff è sempre gentile e disponibile dall' arrivo alla partenza ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati. Usufruiamo sempre di tutti i servizi dell' hotel compreso il servizio spiaggia che è davvero molto efficiente e anche il personale in spiaggia è davvero molto efficiente. La cucina è sempre il punto forte con piatti che sono curati nei minimi dettagli. La baia sulla quale si affaccia l hotel é unica e di livello complessivamente ineguagliabile. Una vera straordinaria eccellenza italiana dove torneremo ormai ogni anno.
