Wonderful stay, walking distance from beach, food is awesome.

A magnificent hotel on the equally magnificent Palolem beach. If you decide to choose South Goa and do not want to live in a bungalow, this hotel will be an excellent choice for a holiday. Good rooms with balconies, everything is clean and fresh. A spacious pool, if you want to take a break from the sea. Luxurious sun loungers and large thick umbrellas. Clean towels are provided. I do not know if you can bring your own drinks by the pool, but we quietly drank, because from the bar it is expensive. Less than 5 minutes to the sea, an abundance of huts for every taste. The infrastructure around the hotel covers all needs, food, fruits, souvenirs, alcohol. There is a nuance, in some places they take %, look at the menu more carefully. Of the minuses, of course, the price. The cost of living is significantly higher than similar hotels on other beaches. Location from the airports, 2-3 hours by taxi and the price for a taxi will be appropriate. Well, I wouldn't recommend breakfasts, especially if you're staying for more than 4 days. Coffee is 4. But overall, we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel and it was remembered only for positive impressions. If the price doesn't matter to you, you should definitely choose this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at cub a patnem goa and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly supportive and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out. The property itself is impeccably maintained. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were beautifully kept, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was inviting and serene. We stayed 2nights in this hotel, very much satisfied. Room and the bathroom was very clean, most important thing palolem beach is very closed to the hotel, only 3 to 4 min walking distance. Hotel's stuff behaviour is very good. I must recommend this hotel to everyone. Must visit and enjoy.

Property is exceptional in terms of location & worth of stay with respect to money spent. It's close to rajbagh beach, it has a spectacular mountain view from the 5th floor & terrace. We had a wonderful sunrise view from our balcony. Staff are cooperative & understanding. Excellent place to revisit again, probably next week.
