We recently stayed in this property and the experience was average for all the below reasons. Pros: 1. The property is walkable distance to the beach. So one can literally swim in the beach and come back to the resort without any issues. 2. The room was very tidy neat and having all the essential furniture and appliances for the stay. 3. The beach is not crowded so it's like a private beach given the neighboring Palolem is very crowded. It's full of foreign tourists so great for a peaceful stay. Cons: 1. Security: During late night hours, literally anyone can step into the property and visit your rooms. Gate can be opened and no one can stop you. The person at the reception will be in deep slumber and the dog is super friendly. On top of that, the rooms have only one curtain and sliding glass door without proper locks to stop you. its scary given its not a crowded place. There needs to be a proper door for entry into the room. 2. Private pool: Dont go by the pictures. Its not as bright as shown in the pictures. Its dark as the private mini pool area is covered. If its raining, there are chances the frogs and other insects are inside your pool and since its not illuminated with proper lighting there is no way to check the bottom of the pool. They can use lighter color paint on the pool so that the bottom is visible at all times since its not deep. 3. Complimentary Breakfast: Its a very limited menu to choose from and hence not filling at all. They can introduce a buffet spread or atleast include more items in the complimentary menu. 4. Staff: The staff can be better trained on providing information about nearby places and surroundings as the answer was head to palolem for most of the questions even though there were multiple options in patnem beach itself.
