Hotel gut zu erreichen, Parkplätze in den Seitenstraßen. Das Einchecken verlief freundlich und problemlos, wenn auch umständlich. Einfaches Zimmer (2. Etage), ausreichend groß für eine Woche. Der Balkon bot leichten Meerblick. Das Badezimmer ist groß und hat viel Ablagefläche. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, das sollte man wissen. Man hört den Nachbarn im Bad, als würde man sich ein Bad teilen. Wenn die Busse vom Nachbarhotel an- und abfahren, kann es brummen. Am letzten Abend hat unser Nachbar die ganze Nacht ferngesehen, es lief bis in die frühen Morgenstunden - auch auf Klopfen keine Reaktion - und an Schlaf war nicht zu denken, dazu kam das Bett welches nicht bequem ist. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Auf Wunsch gibt es warme Speisen wie Eier, Omelette, Würstchen. Eine Möglichkeit ohne Kaffeemaschine Tee zuzubereiten und mehr Auswahl bei Brot wäre gut. Dass man selbst abräumt, ist wohl üblich, ich fand es aber seltsam. Das Abräumen durch Personal wäre sicher einfacher. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut, der Service freundlich, das Personal war nett und die Lage nah an der Promenade. Es gibt gute Restaurants.

We stayed here for 6 nights.
Overall the hotel was good, very basic in terms of what it offers such as room size, breakfast, entertainment but a great location! If you are someone who uses your hotel to just sleep in and start your adventures then this is perfect, The lady who serves your breakfast is lovely every morning.
My only one bad comment would be that the bar man refused and was very rude about providing us hot water, our room did not come with ketal.
Other than that I’d recommend this place, a lovely quite location!

I booked this hotel and then before we could go I had a accident and couldn’t fly so had to cancel I tried to reschedule my stay and offered to pay any difference but they said they had no availability this was in fact a lie as my friend tried to book the new dates and was offered a room

Famille de propriétaire aux petits soins.
Propre, entretenu, idealement situé (la baie de Port Polença est magnifique)
Le batiment mériterait d'etre moeux insonorisé : on entend même le voisin de ses voisins alors prevoyez les bouchons d'oreille et eventuellement un masque pour dormir car les rideaux ne sont pas occultants.
Notre sejour s'est magnifiquement passé dans cet établissement.

Stayed for a week staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming except lady who served breakfast. 2 flights of stairs to climb with suitcases no lift. Room smelt unpleasant of damp or mould. No safe for valuables very flimsy lock on patio door. The air conditioning was very poor and no extractor in the very small bathroom. The breakfast was poor hardy any choice although the staff offer to cook eggs or omelette. As a basic base it eas ok but wouldn't stay there again.

Incredible hotel! We stayed at Hotel Panorama in June 2024 and did not know if what to expect. We had a very late arrival but the check in instructions were very clear from the hotel so we were in our room in no time. The next morning we had breakfast which was included in the price. This consisted of a lovely continental spread with fresh croissants & pain aux chocolates, Spanish tortilla, range of meats & cheeses, different cereals and milks. Along with this, you can asked for a cooked option, which is over and beyond. I don’t think it’s necessary as the offering is so good - you should charge for the cooked option. The coffee machine at breakfast was the best coffee we had on the island!! The hotel have been in business since 1978 so they know what they are doing. The whole service is spot on. Rooms were clean, towels changed daily and rooms serviced. Even the Elvis impersonator didn’t bother us as he was awful. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone for location to Port de Pollença, it’s a 10 minute walk to the centre and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Spar supermarkets are just a 1 minute walk away. Location is perfect, staff are lovely, hotel is incredible. We will be back soon! Gracias Don Miguel!

A quiet family run small hotel, situated 5 minutes from beach. Staff very welcoming and helpful! Pleasant area to eat for breakfast ranging from continental to cooked breakfast. Rooms clean and a nice balcony to sit out on. Well recommended if you want a small friendly hotel.
