Наш отпуск здесь проходил с начала июля по сентябрь. Провели чудесно время. Хорошие номера. Хорошие кондиционеры. Красивая территория. Отзывчивые хозяева. Хорошая бесплатная уборка номеров раз в неделю. Море 2 минуты пешком. Тихо и спокойно. Рекомендую для семейного отпуска.

Our family of four had an unforgettable two-week stay at Eliofos Elegant Maisonettes in Cyprus. From the moment we arrived, we felt like valued guests – we were greeted by the manager, George, with a warm smile and a basket of fresh fruit. George was exceptionally polite, attentive, and always willing to help. He provided detailed information about the area, local restaurants, and shops, and responded quickly to every request. The apartment was immaculate, with fresh bedding, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The beach is less than a 3-minute walk away – clean, quiet, and never overcrowded. The neighborhood itself is peaceful, making it easy to rest and enjoy the evenings. The whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We’ve already recommended Eliofos to our friends, and we would gladly return for our next holiday.

Very nice place to stay and rest. The facility crew are nice and always helpful people and manager George was allways fast with advice or help. Environment is rather quiet with clean beaches not overcrowded as they are on Paphos side of the area. I strongly reccomend this facility

Our experience with George and his team was truly delightful from start to finish. George took excellent care of us, showing genuine attention to detail, flexibility, and kindness – always with a warm smile! Special thanks to Vasilis, Maria (if I remember correctly, it was her birthday!), and Sofia for their support throughout our stay. Also, a big shoutout to George’s father and the gentlemen who worked behind the scenes – it clearly takes a great team to make things run so smoothly, and George has surrounded himself with some truly wonderful people.

We are a family with two kids and had a wonderful time during our summer holidays. The staff were extremely kind and polite, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. They were especially friendly and understanding with our children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the maisonette was outstanding. Both our kids and we absolutely loved the place and the warm, welcoming people behind it. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway in Latchi. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Super convenient location - event with a baby stroller. The staff are extremely warm, friendly and helpful! It was of great value to us that there was a restaurant that offered breakfast - a rarity for the area. It had all we needed for an amazing vacation with 2 kids.

It’s a nice apartment with good provisions and utensils at a reasonable price. The only minor downside is the a/c units are old and are hard to control. Newer units would not churn out such cold air. Otherwise all was great and George was extremely helpful. Will def recommend

Nice stay
I enjoyed my stay, it's a great place which is runned by the owner and his son. Small delicious breakfast and quiet beach across the street. Liked my stay and would come again.
