We were driving through southern Italy and decided to visit Puglia and choose Marinagri because it is in Basilicata and was much better value for money. On arrival the reception team were excellent, especially Asia, - wonderful staff and later we met Mino, the pool superintendant - who helped us with everything from towels to finding a Tyre repair centre - all resolved within 2 days and we can move on. Thank you to all at the Marinagri Hotel, including the cook! and the Maitre D but especially Mino and Asia who are special friends and we will return as everything they did was with the knowledge of the hotel manager who ensures guests are always happy. All'arrivo il personale della reception è stato eccellente, soprattutto Asia, - personale meraviglioso e più tardi abbiamo incontrato Mino, il sovrintendente della piscina - che ci ha aiutato con tutto, dagli asciugamani alla ricerca di un centro di riparazione pneumatici - tutto risolto entro 2 giorni e possiamo andare avanti. Grazie a tutti dell'Hotel Marinagri, cuoco compreso! e il Maitre D ma soprattutto Mino e Asia che sono amici speciali e ritorneremo perché tutto ciò che hanno fatto è stato con la conoscenza del direttore dell'hotel che assicura che gli ospiti siano sempre felici. We stayed here as a couple for a 3 night stay . The hotel is absolutely spotless clean ! Rooms are cleaned everyday and fresh towels . Beds are quite hard though ! Pillows also. . Rooms and bathrooms are so spacious and so clean ! The drive up to the hotel is a little strange . It feels very abandoned but once at the hotel it’s beautiful surrounded by water and boats and nicely kept garden and walk ways . Airport is around an hour and half away . We hired a car and found it ok actually to drive. Not a lot in the area to be honest so definitely wouldn’t stay there again. We had breakfast at the hotel and to be honest it was good . I always found something . There was bacon and eggs. Toast etc . Cereals , breads cakes cookies jams etc ..so was an ok selection. We never had lunch but had food from the snack bar and that was good ! Portion sizes are massive !! So I ordered fries and some salad and got 2 plates ! Big mistake as it could have served at least 4 people . The toasties were really good also. Dinner wasn’t the best unfortunately. We only had dinner once the staff in the restaurant especially one gentleman who spoke very good English was just the lovely. Nothing too much trouble for him. Credit to the hotel . All staff seemed very helpful and friendly . On the upside it was very cheap ! Restaurants around the area are also cheap so that’s a good advantage of staying in the rural areas . Also not many people speak English so good to use google translate . We went to a couple of beach restaurants and not one person spoke English but locals so friendly though.

Dopo 3 giorni si parte. Peccato. Location molto bella a due passi dal mare. Albergo molto bello. Stanza perfetta con balcone sulla darsena. Silenzio pace serenità. Ristorante con chef giovane e bravissimo. La cosa più bella il personale. Gentile disponibile paziente. Daniela al bar un mito. Tutto PERFETTO. Un grazie particolare al Direttore e nella sala in particolare a Matteo maitre di elevata professionalità. Grazie. Siete una squadra affiatata e perfetta. Spero di rivedere tutti voi. Siamo stati a Marinagri per un weekend di maggio con la famiglia, con formula pensione completa. Le temperature non ci hanno permesso di fare il bagno al mare o in piscina, ma la permanenza è stata davvero piacevole. I servizi offerti sono ottimi, lo staff molto accogliente e organizzato. Un plauso particolare per lo staff del ristorante e il suo direttore Mattia (spero di aver ricordato il suo nome). Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo

UNA STRUTTURA FANTASTICA MA GESTITA MALISSIMO, GOLF CAR CHE CADEVANO A PEZZI A PARTIRE DAL MANCATO AVVIO DELLA SPA FAVOLOSA E DELLE PISCINE INTERNE, SPIAGGIA SPORCA, PERSONALE DELLA SPIAGGIA TOTALMENTE INADEGUATO AL RUOLO , ASSENZA DI CAMPI DA PADDLE BEACH TENNIS E SERVIZIO IN CAMERA ASSENTE.. Pro e contro del soggiorno
Struttura comoda, soggiorno piacevole, cibo peggiorato, visto che sono stato già ospite due volte negli anni precedenti, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, con un plauso ad Emilio, persona simpaticissima e a Paolo per la sua cortesia.
Le pulizie lasciano un pò a desiderare, ho trovato dei capelli in bagno e delle tracce di ragnatela nella piantana della luce, inoltre hanno dimenticato di completare il bagno con le asciugamani del bidè, ed alla segnalazione sono stati rapidissimi a fornirci quanto lamentato.
Ritornerò sperando che migliorano ed essere all'altezza di un 5 stelle come classificato.
