At the beginning, be prepared for a quite sneaky think. At the dinner, a waitress will ask if you wish something to drink. Do not get confused, it is not a standard thing it is paid and the price for the beer is 10 times higher then the beer you can buy 2 minutes of the the hotel. On our room was a balcony, but you could not smoke on the balcony. Great puropose for a smoker to have a balcony wihout the possibility to smoke there. On our door was a surprise (see the photos). Not sure who done it, I suppose some homeless wanted to gave us a visit. This just does not feel safe if you experience something like this. The rooms have a bad electricity and light buttons on the worsest place. It is right behind the pillow where you sleep. Thus mostly you accidentaly turn on the lights. Not to mention the fact, that is is not very safe to sleep right near the electricity socket so close to your head. Especially if you need to charge your deviced durning the night, then you can not pull the card to turn off the electricity for the night. Just badly designed. As a guest get prepared that you will be begging at least two days for the cleaning service to get you room cleaned. At least once, they have only bring a toilet paper, nothing more, nothing less. The gym fullfills the definition of the gym and it looks attractive at the web. The fact is, that is is a sum of few dumbbells and one complex modular machine. It is fine if you are alone, but for two people at the same time it is insufficient for an excersize. The sauna if fine, but sadly in not a good shape at all. I brought from there a splitner under the nail and it kinda hurts still. The wooded benches are not safe at all. The sauna is missing a place where you could cool down in the outside, but that is just a cosmethic thing. More or less, it is not designed well. Sauna is near the pool (the pool is more for children, if there is more then 2 people, it is kinda hard to have a swim), and most people go from the pool to sauna, which makes the sauna strongly humid and thus hard to enjoy the dry air that is typical for a sauna. The chloride then from the pool hurts your eyes. we have ordered a massage. The typical one that you wish if your back hurts. And I have asked for a addition hand massage. In the end, I had a 25 minute of hand massage that was fine, but nobody touched my back. I felt kinda say of it. You know, you order A and B and you get only A. I think is is maybe the fact, that most of the personnel is incapable of speaking english at all. Keep that in mind if you are planning a visit. Due to this all, I am just giving the rating of two stars and I do recommend to any future guest —＞ Pick a different hotel. Do not get confused of the four star rating. It is not worth of the money

We visited the hotel this week and it was really nice. The town is a small but beatiful place. Our stay was relaxing and we enjoyed it very much. Overall the surrondings of the hotel are a great place to wind down and enjoy yourself. The hotel itself 1) the hotel offers a great value for the price. Rooms are well-equipped, clean and comfy. As a welcome gift you get tea, cofee and water. It may not seem very much but when you arrive, it is nice and you can just enjoy a cup of tea or cofee. I give it 10/10 2) staff is friendly and very helpful. They helped us to solve the problems we faced very quickly and effectively. The most of the staff can speak English, in addition they are very polite and nice. 10/10 3) The spa is beautiful. You can find a pool, whirlpool, sauna and steam room there. I was really missing the cooling zone but otherwise I cannot complain. I also have to mention that there were just a few people so we could fully enjoy it in privacy. 8/10 just because of the lack of cooling zone. 4) the only setback of the hotel is food. It is not that bad but we expected much more from a hotel rated this high. You can only choose from a limited amount of meals and those meals are mostly just simple. The limited amount of choices would not have been issue if the overall quality of those meals had been better. 6/10. The recomendations to the hotel It would be splendid if you installed any cooling facility in the spa. It does not have to be a cooling pool a bucket with cold water would do the job. More quality food would also be nice. The hotel is amazing but when you are there and want to enjoy your stay, you also want appropriate meals. Overall we can recommend this place to everyone who wants to relax and regain energy. It is a great choice for the value.

we had booked our New Year holidays in this Hotel already several weeks ago from 29 December 2021 to 2 January 2022. At the check-in I was asked to pay in advance the whole stay, what I faithfully did. Unfortunately, already the first evening we learnt that the Hotel offers dinner only until 7 PM and at latest 8 PM we had to leave the dining room. Even no bar where to stay, so no other chance than to retire to the room. This was NOT what we expected for our holidays: to spend pleasant time together in a nice Restaurant or a Bar of a 4*Hotel, of course until late evening, before to retire in our room. So on December, 31st morning, we decide to leave one day earlier than booked. I asked the reception to have a meeting with the Manager in order to ask about refunding or other compensation. No feedback. At the Silvester Night we spent the evening until 9:15 PM in your Restaurant and than where forced to move to our room. With our 2-years old son we were not in a position to move outside, and there were not other places close to the Hotel where to stay. We booked a Hotel and not an apartment. A Hotel is a place that offers services like a Restaurant and a Bar, or at least some pleasant rooms or area where to stay, and not only until 7 or 8 PM in the evening. A 4*-Hotel the more. This is what every guest can expect from a structure like yours. On top there where several other deficiencies in your Hotel I even don’t mention. Our decision to leave one day earlier was motivated by this unsatisfying situation. Now, after haven’t had any answer from the manager, at the departure on January 1st morning, I asked the receptionist to get refunded the last night or to compensate this amount with the extra spending of our stay. The answer was: no way. Even at my request to have another compensation, partially or by a voucher, I was rejected. Sorry, but this is not the way how to deal with (motivated) complaints! I can assure to have traveled a lot worldwide and to have stayed overnight in many Hotels, also in Poland, but such a treatment never happened to me. BUSINESS LESSONS FOR THIS HOTEL: when a guest has a (motivated) complaint and asks for refund or compensation, you CANNOT reject it fully without ANY COMPROMISE OR ALTERNATIVE PROPOSAL - ANYTHING! Always offer your client a compensation, even if limited.

It's all about expectations and EGO... We spent lovely, relaxing time in Bukowy Park. We did not expect that staff will treat us like a Monarchs, 'cause we're not one of them. Instead we got all we really need, when we need. Staff was nice, helpful and always with a grin. Hotel itself is located in great spot, close to park and many many walking paths. Food and other services are high quality. So, up to sum... Great place to spend time. Family 2+1.
