Good value hotel. Great location. Bicky was a big help with arranging anything we required.
Only complaint: when we returned from a tour we were moved to a nearby sister hotel (Hotel Elegant) without consulting us. The Elegant is much lower quality, very loud and without a view.

Very good hotel in Pokhara, room are big and good balcony, the food good and breakfast best many items,location is best near to lake the staff they are very good good hot shower, wifi very good they do sight seen tour and hike we like to back again this hotel

Great location, close to lake, main street, restaurants and shops. Good sized room and bathroom. No fridge in room. Shower over bath. Shampoo and body wash dispensers didn't work very well. Had to remove lid to use. Hot water very slow to come through. Water floods floor despite the shower curtain. Our friend's room had major plumbing problems. Lift to all floors but some rooms require 2 flights of stairs to access anyway. Balcony with mountain view. Rooftop view was ok but nothing special for sunset. No Tissues. 2 x 1 litre water provided daily. Limited breakfast buffet. Boiled eggs, baked beans (not very hot), deep fried potato balls, sausages, pancakes, toast, some fruit, orange juice, cereal. Omelettes on request. One of the kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Goose cash and carry is the closest bigger mart with a good range, good prices and friendly staff.

Excellent hospitality and great location, good food, breakfast is best, rooftop garden very good, the staff helpful all the time near to lake fewa, room are very clean and good shower, room have big balcony nice to see Annapurna mountion view, Mr Nicky help my tour and guide, I well like to back again

Very good hotel lake view room was very good from balcony all Pokhara view we got.
