Fantastic hotel...all the facilities are wonderful, making our trip out of world!!one of the best experience providers... grateful to the establishes,management and most importantly the staff!! The restaurant service was fabulous,all the food soothed us and very thankful that it was considering our native place and our preferences. Special thanks to the restaurant staff mister manoj,mister Mahesh and miss bipana and the watchman pritam for their excellent service. they were attentive and very tolerant towards us

We visited for breakfast as walk-in guests and were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information. At the restaurant, we were greeted by a cheerful gentleman, Mr. Roj Nath Silwal, whose friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor stood out. He and his team were exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The breakfast options were excellent, and we particularly appreciated the table service. The restaurant was clean, fresh, and offered a pleasant dining atmosphere. Thank you all.

I stayed in this wonderfully located hotel a couple of times. It's a newly built hotel. The staffs were very helpful and made sure my stay was comfortable, the spa and swimming pool experience was exceptional. They also organised sight seeing in and around the city to make my trip memorable. Highly recommend

the bed was most comfortable of all i have slept on, clean and big rooms. the service was top notch. i spent time swimming on the pool in property, i had best time there. the restaurant serves most delicious food, very hygienic kitchen and the chef was very friendly, we had good talk about the food. the mountain view i saw from my balcony was mesmerizing, it was like i was in the mountains only. location is also very good. you reach to fewa lake in 5minutes walk. everything that attracts tourist is in walkable distance. the staff help you out with smallest things you want to ask. its like home away from home. i felt valued and loved and respected there.

Everything you need is available - comfortable quiet rooms, the restaurant has great meal options plus room service, a pool with comfortable seating plus an outdoor bar with seating. You can request transportation to/from the airport. It is an easy five minute walk to lakeside, shops and restaurants. The managers were very helpful with suggestions and problem solving when a flight was canceled, greatly appreciated.

It was remodeled so everything was new and clean and comfortable. The children's pool was also clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and it was a very comfortable time.

This is an excellent hotel. The premises are modern and are elegantly designed. There is pleasant garden with a large pool and a poolside bar and cafe. My room was very comfortable, with a good bed, a desk with expansive space, two armchairs, a coffee table, a closet, a coffee maker, and a room safe. The bathroom is excellent with walk-in shower and good complimentary toiletries. The food in the restaurant and cafe was very good; the menu offers both local and international dishes. A special feature of this hotel is the professionalism and competence of the management. They make you feel personally welcome, and their attitude permeates the hotel in the courtesy and helpfulness of the entire staff. A lot of European and American hotels could learn a lot here in Pokhara, about how to run a superb hotel!
