非常值得選的酒店，雖然英文不OK，但酒店服務人員幫忙絲滑解決，點贊！
1、大陽台有茶几和椅子，雖然稍顯的酒，但較為乾淨，絲毫不影響看遠處費瓦湖和雪山的風景。
2、當天從上個酒店12點退房過來，酒店在12點半就已安排入住，很暖心，另外，給每人送上一杯西瓜汁，nice。
3、房間內乾淨整潔，床單被套也OK，還有小冰箱。
4、酒店早餐較為簡單，主要是麪包，雞蛋，牛奶，果汁，如果忘記用早餐，酒店會電話提醒用早餐。
5、酒店結賬，信用卡，現金啥的都行，大堂經理也會很耐心的告知詳情，絲滑入住與退房。

I stayed at Batika for four nights, both before and after my Mardi Himal trek. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and kind, recommending a great nearby restaurant, arranging a driver for me to visit Sarangkot, and even coming up with a delicious vegetarian meal for me that wasn't on the menu. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the location ideal. I look forward to staying in Hotel Batika again next time I am in Pokhara.

Wow wow wow fantastic care for us, after and before of annapurana base camp trekking, they treat as own family members, as Srilankan i recommend all Srilankan s and all backpackers and family tours and for business tours and any other purposes.

Stayed at the Batika for 2 nights. Overall, the hotel is good with 1 bad experience due to which i do not recommend this hotel for anyone. The management refused to clean our room stating that new guest's rooms are a priority, meaning existing guests will be ignored. It took them 5 hours to finally come and clean our room that to after shouting at the management. The fact that we were part of the Thomas cook tour did not mean anything to them.

Hotel Batika will recommend to everyone was such a nice experience felt like home very neat and clean hotel, staffs were very polite ready to help always and the best part was the balcony were we sat and and had a cup of tea . Cherry on a top was the breakfast we enjoyed a lot specially cinnamon roll at Batika was the best👍Batika Batika Loved it!

I spent two nights here with my family. This is a nice and well-situated hotel in Pokhara. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was nice and there were many staff available to assist. The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom, which had low water pressure in the shower and a spot of black mould and a hole in the ceiling. Apart from that it was a nice place and we had a lovely stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived; the rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, with great views of the city; the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options.
