A brand new luxury large home in Point Lonsdale, Pipi's is steps away from waterways, bike trails, local cafe and parks.
Pipi's has an abundance of space, including 4 bedrooms with a large master bedroom which is complemented with an en-suite bathroom including a large bath, walk in rain shower and walk in robe. We have three other bedrooms along with a central bathroom and separate powder room. In one of the bedrooms you will also find a workstation with two monitors and a Bluetooth mouse/keyboard. We have Wifi.
There are two spacious living areas, each with a large 75 inch Sony TV. The main living area includes an elegant kitchen with an oversized island bench, double sink, generous cupboard space and supplies. The electric recliner couches in the main living area are adjacent to large sliding doors which open up to a relaxing alfresco area. The alfresco area has an 8 seat concrete table and outside kitchen/Weber, which is perfect for outside dining.
You are steps away from the waterways at the Point and a street away from a hot coffee and delicious breakfast at Cafe 3225. A short drive and you will be at the beach, wineries, golf course or other Bellarine attractions. This house caters for all generations, with many additional extras such as kids books/toys, board games, lego, boogie boards, highchair, portacot, work from home set-up and a few bikes. You will certainly enjoy the serenity of Pipi's during your coastal getaway.
WHAT LINEN TO BRING: Please bring your own towels, sheets and pillow cases for the beds. We supply quilts, their covers, pillows, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. We can offer linen which you need to bring at an extra cost of $30 per bed. The home and our stay was even better than we had expected. The attention to detail was thoughtful and helpful. Everything you could need was provided in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, including toys, books, games, incredibly comfortable beds and excellent furniture. Plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor entertaining area was awesome. Beautifully landscaped gardens. Cathy is extremely quick to respond and a very friendly and efficient host with all communication and details regarding your stay. A absolutely beautiful wonderful place to stay. The home was amazing. Even better than I expected. The attention to detail was thoughtful and helpful. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of plates cutlery, cooking utensils, and condiments. The electric recliners were a huge hit. Such comfortable furniture. Plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor entertaining area was great too. Beautifully landscaped gardens. A wonderful place to stay. Will highly recommend!

This property was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean and wonderfully appointed. It was lovely and spacious too. Cathy, our host, was terrific. The furniture was top quality. Just a shame we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor area due to the weather. It would be a great spot in the warmer weather.

Home away from home
Our annual family summer holiday was thoroughly enjoyed at this beautiful, comfortable, spacious and welcoming home. It had all that one needs whilst away on holidays. From the front facade of the home all the way through to the back alfresco zone we were not disappointed. With the beach, walking tracks and park not far away it certainly kept us active as a family. Cathy our host is to be commended for her promptness and diligence in communicating with us when required. We will definitely look firward to a return to this relaxing home. We are already missing our time there. Thanks Cathy.
