I'm getting increasingly frustrated with this place last time they charged me $50 on top of the $400 I already paid out then made me pay separately for anything I bought for food there this time they didn't even clean the room beforehand

Cutting Service & Goods
The rate was misquoted during our call so we booked with HOTEL.ca They seem to be rationing the Hot Water, very little for morning shower
The Breakfast bar, is using a lot of genetic items, unlike the other Holiday Inn, Tea, jams, bagels were very very old and hard, the danishes are all cut into tiny bits, Not the level of service and standard we were accustom to at Holiday

Mattress is NOT comfortable and feel the springs , room housekeeping not good and requested changing bed sheets numerous times until finally happened once during a week stay

Poor food options, people had to wait for omelets when a number of boiled eggs could easily saved the long wait. Tomatoes, cheese and cucumbers should also be served.
Disappointed that the TVs are smart tvs but we were not able to get more apps as You tube, or other apps that are free of charge. When you stay one night doesn't really matter but when you stay longer it does.

The hotel and rooms were clean and modern. Great soaps and shampoos in shower and washroom. Nice breakfast selection.

Hotel was great, staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was amazing. Since the hotel is right by the boarder they do get a lot of business so breakfast was a little crowded. Over all 10/10 I would stay again .
