Hôtel 4 étoiles qui vaut 1 étoile chambre moins de 10 m2 moquette sale interrupteur cassé. Mini bar vide . Wifi fonctionne très mal. Salle des petits déjeuner (sans le poisson frit) buffet pas terrible strict minimum. Ah oui lit non fini à vous de mettre le drap du dessus. Pas de tapis dans la salle de bains Juste la vue qui est bien côté lac Passez votre chemin

Dont stay here! I went there with my family and it was terrible! The room which was given to me was very dirty. I will never come back to this hotel again. The bathroom was not cleaned We also thought the breakfast had very little choice with all the cooked food almost cold. No hygiene , no clean forks, no clean glasses! I was about to vomit! This was the worst experience of my life in pogradec!

Attesa infinita , cibo pessimo scarso e congelato , prezzi altissimi , servizio da incubo , la cosa più sgradevole e vergognosa quanto il cameriere ci ha ripresi e sgridati perché abbiamo lasciato 1€ di mancia , ci ha sgridati perché la Mancia era Poca , è una vergogna vera e propria per la città e per albania stessa , non tornerò mai più in questo locale disgustoso !!

Super friendly hotel , clean rooms and ok bathrooms . The hotel in some areas should be updated but it’s not a big issue . Beds are really good and get a balcony over the lake it’s amazing . The breakfast was ok and the dinner menu was great. They had a great outdoor terrace that was really lovely. We enjoyed our stay here and will sure be back

The room which was given to me was very dirty. I will never come back to this hotel again. The floor was not clean, the bathroom was not cleaned and had urine stains all over it, the balcony was full of cigarettes, towels and bed sheets had stains on them, but the most absurd one which I had never seen before were a bunch of flies that were stuck on the ceiling wall and no one cared to take them out.

Notte di passaggio a inizio novembre. Prenotato direttamente in loco senza alcuna difficoltà. Staff gentilissimo e parlante italiano, Camera grande, pulitissima e fronte lago. Parcheggio interno incluso nel prezzo. Prezzo ottimo per la qualità del servizio. Ho anche cenato (bene e a un prezzo onestissimo) nel loro ristorante.
