I stayed in this hotel and to be honest it was a waste of money. Very dark room with brown walls. The furniture outdated. The AC did not work well. The breakfast was vey poor. The bread and croissants were of the day before. Some cheap ham and cheese. The french toast was smelling old oil. And NOO wifi in the room. Zero connection. Not valued for the price. Waiters only were very polite and hard workiing. They were in charge of the different duties. Not recommended at all.

Very friendly welcome from Oksana who was helpful and professional. Large and comfortable room with a balcony and nice lake view. We strongly recommend even if breakfast was below average specially for Albania and if we had a power outage.

I stopped in Pogradec and chose Hotel Perla by chance. I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent welcome, excellent location of the structure. The rooms are spacious, clean and with attention to detail. The abundant breakfast enriched with fresh local products. Very kind staff. I recommend viviamete.

Bel hôtel à taille humaine agréable et bien situé Notre chambre avec terrasse vue lac était confortable Le rez-de-chaussée de l hôtel est occupé par le restaurant et le bar ouvert sur l extérieur De l autre coté de la rue sur la promenade l hôtel possède aussi une terrasse. Nous n avons mangé qu une seule fois à l hotel, la cuisine est moyenne et le personnel inexistant et froid. Ils passent leur temps sur leur téléphone portable et en oublient les clients. Les propriétaires sont pourtant très sympathiques Depuis l’hôtel une belle et agréable promenade longe la mer Je recommande cet hôtel et le restaurant « the Change « a 100 m de l’hôtel pour un agréable séjour à Pogradec

Hotel in buona posizione, struttura valida. Camere (una suite junior e una tripla) da fare invidia a molte strutture di pari livello in Italia e anche in Europa. Materasso king size, comodo. Bagno spazioso e moderno. Colazione "povera", nettamente inferiore a strutture di pari livello. Da migliorare il servizio al ristorante, camerieri dilettanti. Un sorrisso e un pò di gentilezza non guasta, anzi.... TV con molti canali bloccati, in chiaro solo quelli meno guardabili. Per una struttua di questo livello......

Toller Ausblick vom Balkon direkt auf den See und die Berge. Familiengeführtes Hotel mit sehr netten Inhabern die uns herzlich Empfangen haben. Aber auch das restliche Personal war super freundlich und hat uns Tipps für schöne Orte in der Umgebung gegeben. Die Zimmer sind großzügig mit Balkon und sehr sauber. Im hoteleigenen Restaurant findet man eine abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte zu attraktiven Preisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
