駅からかなり遠かったためアクセスは不便でしたが、朝食が最高に美味しく、またタクシーを予約したのですがなかなか見つからずどうしようもなかった時にスタッフさんたちが親切に対応してくださったおかげで目的地まで辿り着くことができました。本当に素敵な場所であり素晴らしかったです。またリピートしたいと思っております。ありがとうございました。

Hotel fantastico, ho soggiornato in camera con mio marito e abbiamo usufruito della spa privata per due ore. Poi ci siamo spostati nella Jacuzzi esterna immersa nelle viti. Un po' delusa x la camera perché il bagno ( rispetto alla volta scorsa) era più piccola anche se pagata di più e la doccia era molto più piccola di quella che avevamo avuto nella camera l'anno scorso. Consiglio per la coppia che vuole fuggire dalla routine. A fianco il ristorante ' il poggio" dove già in fase di prenotazione hotel potete chiedere di prenotarvi la cena.

Best hotel in Valtellina
Amazing stay at Retici Balzi. Breakfast is wonderful. The room is spacious and clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. 100% recommended. I have no doubt I'll stay there when I come back to Valtellina.

Superb little hotel!
I cannot fault this fantastic little hotel - a real hidden gem! The service was outstanding, beautiful room and fabulous breakfast with fresh, local food … oh, and the wine was superb

Superb
Superb boutique hotel. Staff, service and accommodations were first class and extremely helpful with recommendations on restaurants, hikes, wineries, local attractions including train to St Moritz etc..
The views from lobby lounge and room balconies were magical.
Overall, what you would hope a European stay would be.
