Honestly, when I read 3 stars and pay €100 per night for 2, I expect something different from a dilapidated 80s hotel... patches in the walls that have never been painted, a half-broken false ceiling at the entrance, curtains that not even my grandmother had at home, hole in the shutters, the terrible bathroom with the toilet that could barely be flushed... I hoped at least for breakfast, but between discount cakes made into squares and DIY coffee from the machine I ate little or nothing... what can I say, I will never go back and I will I strongly advise against it!

Scrivere una recensione di poche righe su questa struttura mi viene quasi impossibile. Sono stata catapultata in Toscana dalla Campania nel giro di 3 giorni! Un posto nuovo, una nuova esperienza, da sola! Ma ho avuto la fortuna di essere stata accolta nel verso senso della parola da tutto lo staff dell'Hermitage! Ho soggiornato per un mese in Hotel e mi ed è stato davvero difficile doverlo lasciare! Mi sono sentita dal primo momento a casa! Ho trovato cordialità, gentilezza, professionalità! La camera confortevole, le lenzuola sempre così profumate! Quasi da darmi la sensazione di dormire nel letto di casa mia nonostante i 500 km di distanza. La disponibilità della reception impeccabile! Il ristorante Belvedere dell'Hermitage offre la possibilità di assaggiare tutti i piatti tipici Toscani (e non solo) che ho accompagnato ogni sera da un bel calice di vino rosso della casa. Dalla sala, specialmente nelle prime ore del mattino ho avuto la fortuna di fare colazione ammirando in lontananza la cupola del Brunelleschi! Uno spettacolo mozzafiato per chi non avesse mai visitato la Toscana! Spero di poter ritornare presto all'Hotel Hermitage! Il soggiorno più bello che abbia fatto in tutti in miei viaggi!!

Location molto suggestiva e piacevole,albergo datato ma ben tenuto. Alcuni servizi si potrebbero migliorare , nella nostra camera il tubo del phon era stato riparato con del nastro isolante impedendone L uso. La colazione su erba buona è abbondante.
La cena a mezza pensione cara e non all altezza delle aspettative.

Abbiamo soggiornato e pranzato per Natale ... Vista magnifica ! Pesce squisito ! Aperitivi di benvenuto e servizio eccellente in tutto ... a pranzo la sala gode di una atmosfera come al mattino ...davvero chic e elegante. ...insomma bei ricordi ! Da ritornarci anche in estate con cena in terrazza e bagni in piscina ....
