Excellent just excellent Staying at Zanic for 4 nights during our tour of Croatia in 2 bedroom apartment on 1st floor Must highlight the welcome we received on arrival, so kind and warm, genuinely lovely people Apartment great, fully equipped kitchen which we’ve cooked dinner in for the last two nights, air conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. The owners clearly take pride in their establishment and it is spotlessly clean As I write the review from the balcony I am approximately 25 meters from the sea, stunning views, totally peaceful and relaxing Unlike other places nearby sun beds, umbrellas and use of inflatables and paddle boards all included and available Great location for sightseeing in Split and further afield Excellent location, excellent staff and great facilities

We had a really lovely experience throughout our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained, with all the essentials provided for a comfortable visit. The air conditioning worked efficiently, which made a real difference during the hotter days. The location couldn’t have been better—peaceful and quiet, yet situated right on the beachfront, offering easy access to the sea and beautiful views throughout the day. What stood out most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed. Their positive attitude added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The entire property had a relaxed yet well-run feel to it, making it easy to settle in and unwind. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to others.

Fantastic stay.
We had a fantastic stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful in many ways. We loved the location on the beach.The rooms are great and the beds are really good quality so a great nights sleep guaranteed. We look forward to staying again next year love everything about it. Beautiful and peaceful in the off-season
Phenomenal. The location is exceptional, walking out of my door onto the pebbles of a beautiful beach looking out onto the sea.
Everything was clean and well thought through, the staff were friendly and very helpful (and offered free coffee and beer every day) and it was quiet and restful.
I will be back very soon, as I can't remember a more peaceful and relaxing week in a very long time.

Great view and service
Great view from the hotel. Great service. Quiet area (few people at the hotel and nearby restaurants). We were able to rent SUP for free which the kids really liked.
The beach in the area has a lot of stones.

Amazing sunsets....
Danijela was an amazing hostess who cared about making you feel at home away from home. Her English was very good and the studio apt was literally right at the seashore. The apt was very clean, compact and functional with a bar fridge and kitchen cooking element with sink. The outdoor covered patio overlooking the Adriatic sea was amazing to spend an afternoon or evening. There are a few good restaurants and grocery stores withing 5-10 minutes walking. Breakfast served on the outdoor terrace was perfect each day and quite filling.
Highly recommended and I will definitely stay here next time I visit Podstrana. It's truly a family owned business that cares about first class service to its customers....
