Le Méridien Lav, Split

Great hotel, great facilities, friendly and polite staff, our room has a really good marina view. We stayed here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and they gave him complimentary birthday cake.

Very spacious room. Clean and comfortable. Comfortable mattress. Two TVs. Sound blockage not great.

As a Marriott Titanium member for several years and a permanent platinum member, I stayed at a lot of good hotels in many countries, but Le Meridien Lav Split is one of the best hotels and is even better than some top-level hotels in several areas, such as facilities, services, hospitalities, etc. I have been enjoying my stay very much for two nights at this great hotel.

Excellent hotel with incredible staff ! The spa was one of the best! Food and drink choices were plenty . Need to come back and stay for more than a couple days. Abdul from the hotel checked on our every need and was there to help anytime we needed.

This hotel is large but spread over quite an area giving the impression of a smaller hotel. We were greeted efficiently and pleasantly. Throughout our holiday we had excellent service from well trained staff. The hotel is spacious with many seating areas. The bar area has an outside terrace for watching the sunsets. Small meals are available here. The hotel buffet restaurant wasn’t in operation. The restaurants along the marina varied in service and food standard. Our favourite was the Italian, however, the portions are huge. We had an Elegance Sea View Room which was spacious with a large terrace overlooking the Marina. The Beach Club had lovely loungers and an upbeat vibe. The indoor pool and wellness centre was okay. The outside pool was a good size, plenty of sun beds with shade offered in the attached woodland. Not so good was the thick grease tide mark in the outdoor pool. I didn’t see the pool cleaned during our stay. The indoor pool and wellness facility was occupied by children using it as a playground. It was difficult to use these amenities most days. The most alarming being there was no supervision to manage the pool area or wellness centre during them being misused.
