Some of the exercise equipment was broken and not fully usable.

This is a hotel that oversells and underdelivers, in a beutifull area and with great design.
However with really noisy roams, gives you a twin room when you book a double and a spa way too small for the ammount of rooms.
Do not recomend.

We were rarely asked for new drinks. But I found this to be relaxed and not too pushy.

Ich wollte meiner Tochter zur Hochzeitsreise einen Champagner als Überraschung auf Ihr Zimmer bestellen. Also im Hotel angerufen, mit der Rezeption verbinden lassen und meinen Wunsch geäußert. Die einzige Frage war, wie lautet die genaue Reservierungsnummer, ohne können wir hier nichts machen. Ich war sehr erstaunt über diese Antwort, da ähnliches in anderen Hotels immer möglich war. Dies ist für mich nicht das, was ich an Service in einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte. Muss jetzt meiner Tochter und Ihrem Mann den Champagner zuhause ausgeben. Also keine Überraschung im Hotel.

Niestety, moje doświadczenie z Lake Hill Mazury było bardzo rozczarowujące. Hotel to ogromny moloch bez duszy – brakuje tu atmosfery i ciepła, które powinny towarzyszyć miejscu położonemu w tak pięknej okolicy. Mój pokój był ładny, z pięknym widokiem na jezioro – to jeden z niewielu pozytywów. Jednak został posprzątany dopiero o godzinie 18:00, co jest absolutnie niedopuszczalne. Jedzenie – absolutna katastrofa. Śniadania niesmaczne, naleśniki perfumowane sztucznym aromatem i niezjadliwe. Wszystko mdłe, pozbawione smaku. Obiad i kolacja równie kiepskie – dania przygotowywane na starych olejach, chleb suchy i bez smaku, a masło tak twarde, że nie dało się go nawet nałożyć na talerz. Kawa, w tym cappuccino, była po prostu nie do wypicia. To karygodne, aby dzieci karmić tak przetworzonym, sztucznym jedzeniem. Dodatkowo brakowało jakiejkolwiek pomocy z bagażem – musiałam sama dźwigać ciężką walizkę. Hotel pobiera opłatę za parking, a także dodatkowe opłaty za zajęcia typu pilates, które w hotelu tej klasy powinny być standardem. W spa nie ma żadnych przekąsek ani butelkowanej wody – podają wyłącznie kranówkę, i to tylko na życzenie. Brakuje także pryszniców przy strefie basenowej, co w obiekcie wellness jest zupełnie niezrozumiałe. Miejsce z ogromnym potencjałem, ale niestety całkowicie zmarnowanym przez podejście masowe i oszczędności na każdym kroku. Nie polecam

Übernachtete mit meiner Frau ein Wochenende in einem Zimmer mit Seeblick im Gebäude B. Alles scheint fast in Ordnung zu sein, aber ... . Nicht genügend Parkplätze. Mangel an guter Beschilderung – in Gebäude B – mit Wegbeschreibungen, um sich in der Anlage zu bewegen – was in den ersten Morgenstunden nicht einfach war. Der Fußweg von Gebäude B nach A – wo sich das Frühstücksrestaurant befindet – ist eine Wanderung. Das Frühstück war gut, aber nichts Besonderes. Zimmer sauber, modern. Das bestellte und bezahlte Zimmer mit Doppelbett war offenbar nicht verfügbar - wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit getrennten Betten. SPA - ca. Fintess Center relativ klein. Der Preis von 230 Euro pro Nacht ist – verglichen mit anderen Einrichtungen in Europa in dieser Klasse oder besser – der Qualität nicht angemessen. Wir werden wahrscheinlich nicht in diese Einrichtung zurückkehren.
