We were rarely asked for new drinks. But I found this to be relaxed and not too pushy.

Upon arrival at the resort, they accommodated us immediately. The rooms are very spacious and cozy. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains from the terrace. The staff behaved at a professional level. We had half board. Breakfast and dinner were served buffet style. The food was excellent. The fitness was smaller but had enough equipment for basic exercise. The wellness was excellent. One pool and two hot tubs were both outside and inside. The outdoor pool was heated. There are two saunas inside and one sauna outside. There were beautiful views of the mountains from the sauna. We would love to go back there again.

Ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel. Tolle Aussicht auf das Riesengebirge und guter Service (Bar/Restaurant/Wellness, Spa). Kostenfreies Laden von E Autos/Hybrid Autos und E Bikes. Insgesamt mir ein zu großes Hotel und dadurch zu wenig Ruhe. Die stilvollen Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Das hat den Eindruck etwas getrübt.

Schönes Hotelresort mit Aussicht auf das Riesengebirge. Hochwertig und modern. Kostenfreie Parkplätze mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos oder Hybride. Wellness Bereich Innen/Aussen, Spa grad im Umbau. BAR/Restaurant mit gutem Angebot. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, was den Gesamteindruck schmälert. Insgesamt ist mir die Anlage zu groß gewesen, denn dadurch waren sehr viele Gäste vor Ort. Wen das nicht stört, der ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Bel endroit au bord du lac. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables lumineuses, nous avions une suite pour 3 personnes. J ai cru qu il n y avait pas d eau chaude, j ai fait couler pendant une bonne vingtaine de minutes avant d en avoir. C est un hôtel mais si vous voulez le ménage c est en plus. Le spa piscine est sous dimensionné par rapport à la taille de l établissement. Le restaurant est décevant au point de vue de l organisation. Nous avons pris à la carte pour ne pas être contraint par les horaires ( de 16 à 19 heures en demi pension) . L 'hôtel est familial beaucoup de jeunes enfants mais que vient faire le spa et le jacuzzi ? Peu de distraction pour les enfants d autre part . A vouloir faire trop sans un réel objectif maîtrisé ça ne correspond à pas grand chose.

@lakehill_karkonosze an absolute disaster! Last year, we were satisfied, so we decided to book again this year, and that was a big mistake! Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that due to the hotel's fault, there had been an overbooking, and they didn't have the room for us that we had reserved almost two months ago. The receptionist offered us accommodation in apartments across a busy main road, which is not an option with a child. The apartments don't even match the level of the room we had booked. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted. I should note that this is not a cheap hotel. The price for the room for 3 nights is over 20,000 CZK. Please avoid this hotel! You might be very unpleasantly surprised!

Dla gości którzy pragną dokonać rezerwacji w tym hotelu, proszę wzisc pod uwagę iz SPA jest nieczynne. Ta informacja nie widnieje nigdzie na stronie hotelu ani przy dokonywaniu rezerwacji. Wg mnie, ukrywanie tej informacji jest niezgodne z prawem konsumenta, ale mogę się mylić dlatego już skontaktowałam się z radca prawnym. Proszę wziasc pod uwagę iz zbiornik Sosnówka jest niedostępny, jest to zbiornik wody pitnej i nie ma do niego dostępu. Ta informacja, moim zdaniem, powinna być uwzględniona na stronie hotelu.

Where should I start?!
We had a 4 night stay and requested a quiet room which we didnt get at all.
We woke up EVERY morning between 07-08am because you literally can hear every step or moving furniture around your room. If that wasnt enough, the cleaning stuff cleans the rooms from 08:00 in the morning and was extremely loud doing that, so THEY decide how long you sleep during your stay, simply astonishing for a hotel where guests want to relax.
Service in this hotel is just terrible. Sitting in the pool area almost NO service with drinks, if you make the bad decision to have dinner in hotel almost NO service because the staff are way too less people.
After the first evening we decided to have dinner somewhere outside of the hotel because the buffet for 130 (~33 €) isnt worth half the prize. From 10 „boxes“ with food only 3 where filled with food, the rest was empty. We asked the staff if theres some more to come, but after 15 minutes of waiting we canceled the buffet and had dinner somewhere else.
You dont feel welcomed as 80% of staff dont speak any english, nobody has a smile on their face and you always feel like you annoy them when you have a certain request.
Try to avoid the cocktails, Aperol and Espresso Martini were good though.
The views of the hotel and the lake next to it have been great but it wasnt worth the prize at all, unfortunatelly.
